The 3-Year Direction
I’M BUILDING: A life of self-confidence; fulfillment in my pursuits; mutually meaningful relationships; financial security; and overall thriving. THE ONE THING I’M CHANGING: Committing more to social media content creation by creating one new AI post or reel daily for the next week. WHY? I want to build my experience and skills with AI and content creation to help me further build an online community. Plus, I want to be a more unapologetic person—people can complain about AI all they want, but if I enjoy using it, I damn well will. 😄👍🏻

@Andrew Facchiano It’s about what’s good for you. If they want to support you that would be great. But if not, oh well then. Hopefully they come around eventually.
Month 2 CLASS MATERIALS
⚔️ YOUR Next Month TOOLKIT IS IN THE CLASSROOM This month is Resilience month, and I built you a set of tools to go with it. Go to the Classroom and open the folder called October: Resilience. Here's what's inside and when to use each one: 📋 THE 24-HOUR RESET TRACKER Start this one today. It's your tracker for the October challenge. Pick one commitment, mark every day Done, Missed, or Reset, and prove to yourself that a miss doesn't have to turn into a lost week. One minute a day. 🧭 THE 3-YEAR DIRECTION (Week 1) Before you push harder, make sure you're pushing in the right direction. You'll picture who you want to be three years from now, check whether last week is taking you there, and pick ONE thing to change. 30 minutes. 🛠 THE RESET PLAN (Week 2) Every plan works on a good day. This one is for the bad days. You'll name what usually knocks you off track and decide ahead of time what your minimum version looks like when it does. 20 minutes. 📈 THE COMEBACK SCORECARD (Week 3) For anything you've fallen off of. You'll count the evidence you already built so you stop acting like you're starting from zero, then pick it back up. 15 minutes to start. 🗺 THE Q4 LIFE CODE REVIEW (Week 4) The big one. Rate the 10 areas of your life, then and now, answer six honest questions, and walk away with one 90-day mission for November through January. Block one hour. Every document opens with a Start Here page that walks you through exactly how to use it, so nobody has to guess. Premium members: your Resilience Implementation Workbook is in the Premium section. Bring it to the Built to Bounce Back workshop. Here's the deal. These only work if you actually fill them out. Reading them doesn't count. Writing it down does. Download the tracker today and comment READY ⚔️ when your October commitment is written down. I'm filling mine out too. Become someone you're proud to be.

I’m Ready!!! 🤩
⚔️ POST 5 — THURSDAY: WHO ARE YOU WHEN NOBODY’S WATCHING?
WHO ARE YOU WHEN NOBODY IS WATCHING? This question matters. Anybody can perform when people are watching. Anybody can announce a goal. Anybody can post the workout. Anybody can talk about the business they’re going to build. But what happens when there’s no audience? No likes. No applause. No accountability partner standing over you. No immediate reward. Just you… and the promise you made to yourself. THAT’S WHERE CHARACTER GETS BUILT. You don’t need to prove anything to me. You don’t need to prove anything to Instagram. You don’t need everybody to know what you’re working on. Prove it to yourself. Today’s question: What did you do this week that nobody saw—but you’re proud you did anyway? Put it below. Those quiet wins matter.

@Valarie Glass This is amazing. It’s so important to show that side sometimes in an authority position. It’s shows we are all human and here for each other.

Exactly, strength in numbers. Laughter sometimes is the best medicine.
⚔️ DID YOU SCREW UP THIS WEEK?
Good. Let’s talk about it. Maybe you missed a day. Maybe you broke your commitment. Maybe life happened. Maybe you simply chose not to do it. Here’s what we’re NOT doing: “I blew it, so I might as well quit.” No. NEVER TURN ONE BAD DECISION INTO PERMISSION FOR ANOTHER ONE. Missed yesterday? Come back today. Made a mistake? Own it. Learn from it. Continue. This community isn’t about pretending we have our lives figured out. We’re practicing: DISCIPLINE. OWNERSHIP. PURPOSE. LEGACY. Ownership means being able to say: “Yesterday wasn’t what I wanted. What happens next is my responsibility.” So wherever you are in the challenge… get back in. No waiting for Monday. Your next decision is available right now.

@Valarie Glass Yes, we have to laugh some things off sometimes to get back on track. You got this!!
MOTIVATION ISN’T THE PLAN
MOTIVATION HAS A TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE RECORD. Motivation is awesome when it shows up. Use it. Enjoy it. Take advantage of it. Just don’t build your life around expecting it to be there every morning. Because eventually you wake up tired. You have a bad day. Work gets crazy. Life happens. Nobody notices your progress. The results take longer than you expected. And suddenly… you don’t feel like doing it anymore. Good. Now we find out whether you were committed to the feeling… or committed to the outcome. TODAY’S CHECK-IN: Did you complete your commitment today? Comment: DAY 1 — DONE ⚔️ or DAY 1 — MISSED. HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED: ______ No pretending in here. If you missed it, own it and come back tomorrow. One bad decision does not need permission to become another one.
