Whats Inside Will Show Itself?
I asked AI to imagine there was a hidden room inside my heart that no one else had ever seen. This is what it created. A room filled with family, memories, dreams, work, responsibility, healing, and everything I have carried for years. Some things I protected because I loved them. Some things I carried because I thought I had to. And some things were never mine to carry forever. The part that hit me hardest was the message sitting quietly in the room: “You do not have to carry it all.” Whew. Sometimes AI gives you an image. Sometimes it gives you a mirror. Your turn: If there were a hidden room inside your heart, what do you think would be in it? Prompt: Based on everything you know about me, create a deeply emotional, symbolic image of a hidden room inside my heart that no one else has ever seen. Show the room as beautiful, intimate, layered, and meaningful. Let it reflect who I am at my core: my strength, softness, caregiving, healing, family legacy, resilience, creativity, faith, business dreams, and the parts of me I have protected for years. Include visual clues that suggest what I have been carrying, what I have guarded, and the one thing I am finally ready to release. The room should feel personal, sacred, and emotionally rich. Make it look like a private inner sanctuary, filled with meaningful objects, memories, textures, and quiet symbolism. Include signs of both tenderness and burden. Show protection, survival, love, and becoming. Let there be one visible element that represents what I am finally releasing. Hide one short message somewhere in the room that I need to find. The message should read: “You do not have to carry it all.” Do not explain anything. Just turn the idea into one powerful picture. #AIPrompts #ChatGPTPrompts #AIForBeginners #HealingJourney #SelfReflection #PersonalGrowth #YouAreNotBehind

Received some news today!
I'm now a Lovable Certified Expert, App Builder. A lot of this started as me learning in front of you, trying things, breaking things, and building anyway. Lovable's certification looks at what you've actually shipped, so every late night and every "why isn't this working" moment counted toward it. Here's what I want you to take from this. You don't have to be a developer to build real things. You need a clear idea, the right tool, and a decision to start. I'm living proof of that. If you have an app or website idea sitting in your notes app collecting dust, bring it here. Drop it in the comments and I'll tell you what I'd build first. So tell me: what's the one thing you'd build if you knew you couldn't mess it up?

Congratulations. 👏 👏 👏
CHATGPT HAS CHANGED A LOT IN THE LAST 90 DAYS. 👀
If you are still using it only to ask random questions, you are missing a big part of what it can do now. ChatGPT can now help you: • Handle bigger multi-step jobs • Connect with tools like Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive • Schedule tasks for later • Watch for changes and alert you • Work with files using voice • Create and edit better images • Scan documents • Help with restaurant reservations • Use plugins that work more like mini apps • Take on ongoing work through newer AI agent tools The biggest shift? ChatGPT is moving from: “Ask me a question.” to “Give me a job.” If AI still feels confusing, start with just 5 things: ChatGPT Work Plugins Scheduled Tasks Google Drive Images + Sketch You do NOT have to learn everything at once. Learn one tool. Use it. Then add another. That is how AI starts becoming useful instead of overwhelming. If you want to stop guessing with AI and learn how to actually use it in your business, RUN, NOT WALK , TO THE CLASSROOM to see all the resources. Then come back and ask questions in the chat.

🍂 BEFORE WE SAY GOODBYE TO SEPTEMBER…
Let’s do an inventory. Not of everything you DIDN’T finish. We’re not doing that today. 😂 Look at what moved forward. Ask yourself: 💙 What did I finish? 💙 What did I publish? 💙 What did I promote? 💙 What did I learn? 💙 What actually worked? 💙 What needs another try? 💙 What can I carry into October? And here’s the BIG question: Did I spend more time creating—or did I spend more time getting my work OUT? 👀 No judgment. Just information. ✨ End-of-Month Affirmation: I am building at my own pace, learning as I go, and becoming more confident about sharing my work. 👇🏾 Finish this sentence: “In September, I’m proud that I ______.” Let’s close this month by celebrating PROGRESS. 💙🙌🏾

I commited to and completed a 30 day Reset +AI Prompt post for 1 of my TT accounts.
You have prompts saved somewhere. You just can't find them.
You have good prompts saved somewhere. A screenshot. A note. Buried three scrolls deep in an old chat. The problem isn't that you don't have them. It's that none of them have a name. If a prompt doesn't have a name, you can't search for it. You can't remember what it does. You end up rewriting the same instructions from memory, worse every time. Here's the fix. Take five prompts you've saved somewhere and give each one three things: 1️⃣ A name. Short and specific, like "Brand Voice Rewrite," not "Prompt 4." 2️⃣ One line on what it does. Not the whole prompt, just what it's for. 3️⃣ Where it lives now, so you know where to look next time. For example, a Prompt Library inside Notion that AI can connect to directly. That's it. You don't need a database. You don't need a system. You need five named prompts in one place. Drop the name of your best prompt/skill or what it does below. I want to see what you're working with. 👀
