I've been following James' really helpful videos on social media ever since I broke my ankle last year and had time to think about my future health and wellbeing. Now that my last child has gone to university I felt I could sign up and focus on me. The plan really works as it doesn't leave me hungry, I have structure and in nearly 3 weeks very few cravings because of the reduction of carbs in my diet.
