This is my competition result today: I threw 37.56 meters. I want to know what areas I can improve, as well as why I am unable to effectively increase my throwing speed.

Hi, I'm Sze Pang from Hong Kong, a U20 discus thrower with personal records of 43.08m (1.75kg) and 38.17m (2kg). My goals this year are reaching 50m with the 1.75kg and 44m with the 2kg discus, and breaking the Hong Kong U20 record of 45.79m. I believe I have the necessary strength to achieve these targets and am seeking technical analysis and feedback to improve my performance. This is my PR video
