👉 JOIN LIVE: https://streamyard.com/avdy8ut293 Wednesday, September 16 at 2:00 PM Eastern · Accelerate Marketing Click in and bring your business. No webcam required; audio-only or listen-only is fine. I’ll review volunteer businesses’ Local Services Ads, Google Business Profiles and follow-up flow live. Everyone who joins can request a free consultation. Searching your own business name and seeing yourself at the top doesn’t tell you what a new customer sees across town. This week we’re checking three different places where local visibility breaks down—and building a practical action plan from the evidence. 1️⃣ THE NEIGHBORHOOD BLIND SPOT: MEASURE MAP COVERAGE A rank at your office is one observation. We’ll compare the same service search across a small geographic grid and calculate the share of checked locations where you appear in the top three. Learn what a one-day scan can tell you, why it isn’t a 30-day average, and how to repeat the same measurement so next month’s comparison means something. 2️⃣ THE DUPLICATE-LISTING TRAP: FIND THE RIGHT PROFILE Old addresses, a second listing for the same business, and individual practitioner profiles can create confusing results. We’ll build a profile inventory and use Google’s guidelines to distinguish a true duplicate from a separate eligible location or practitioner. You’ll see what evidence to collect before requesting a correction—and why deleting a profile from your account is not the same as removing it from Maps. 3️⃣ THE AI-SEARCH GAP: MAKE YOUR BEST ANSWERS FINDABLE What happens when a customer asks a detailed service question in Google’s AI search? We’ll turn one vague service page into a useful answer with specific services, real local context and clear next steps. I’ll explain Google’s guidance on AI Overviews and AI Mode, the basic search requirements that still apply, and why there is no special markup that guarantees inclusion. We’ll use examples that work for contractors, home services, law firms and other local professionals. We’ll also separate organic Maps observations from your paid LSA results so the report doesn’t mix different systems.
