Dear Journaling Community
Hello Everyone, It's been a while since I've posted some journaling prompts because my grandmother recently passed away last month, so I am taking a mental and spiritual break from social media in order to heal during this time of grief. My grandmother and I were very very close and she was so proud to know about this club and the journal prompts I created for you all. I hope that my journal prompts and exercises were able to help guide you through your own healing, self-expression, and self-care practices. Now it's time I take my own advice and put that into practice in my personal life. I'm surrounded by love from friends and family, so I'm going to enjoy life and re-discover my passion for journaling while I heal through this grief. I'm not going to completely neglect my passion to help guide people through healing with the art of journaling, so I will return when the time is right for me. In the meantime, continue to come back to this club and freely use the previous journal prompts and exercises I've posted here. The club will continue to be open for anyone that needs it 💖

Prayers for you and your family. I lost my grandmother in 2016. Its definitely not the easiest thing to deal with when you are close. Take care of you.

Reading the Bible and having a closer relationship with God. I believe everything else will come if I put Him first.

Merry Christmas!!
My apologies
Hey everyone I thought I was gonna make it tonight, but my day has gotten away from me with last minute Christmas stuff and now I’m finishing up dinner. I hope you all enjoy yourself. I’m gonna have to do a digital one when I have some time this week.

Welcome to Lucidity Thoughts Journaling Club! Introduce Yourself
This is my first online journaling club ever and I'm super excited to connect with all the journaling buddies. I'm so happy for you to be in this safe space for exploring journaling and rediscovering you're creativity. Please introduce yourself below and detail 1-3 things you hope to gain our of this journaling club (: I'm Julianna, a medical scientist working in hospital laboratories, but I also have a deep passion to help people heal through the art of journaling! I've been journaling since elementary school, and it's always served as a private space for me to unleash overwhelming emotions and overthinking thoughts. My journals have been there for every failure and achievement. I hope to inspire more people to add journaling to their self care routine, gain an authentic online community, and network with different creatives / writers / artists. Now it's your turn below! Feel free to share any journaling tips or items in the general discussion. I will be posting daily journaling prompts, exercises, and tips for us to try, so stay tuned for more! Check out my Stan Store for free + premium digital journal prompt guides for purchase and you can get started with some fresh writing exercises right now https://stan.store/LucidityThoughts

Hi. I’m Tamara 47, a Medical Coder who is new to journaling. I am hoping to learn how to unclutter this mind of mine and gain some clarity by discovering the world of journaling and learn somethings about myself in the process.
