Since I've joined Ilana's Method, I have never felt better in my life since my cancer survival in 2009! I couldn't even walk after a negligent cancer Mirena IUD and gallbladder removal which cost me another near death colorectal surgery in November of 2024 I had to be revived twice. 
Upon entering the program I got stronger and the empowerment of the women in the class gave me the courage to move forward with my life. 
I owe my achievement to Ilana and her team!
