Bookkeeping isn’t just numbers — it’s software too. QuickBooks, spreadsheets, client communication tools, the whole stack. And I’ve noticed something in this community: Some of you are coming in completely new — never opened QuickBooks, not sure what a “chart of accounts” even is, learning the software and the bookkeeping at the same time. That’s a bigger climb, and it’s okay to be there. Others already know the tech — maybe from a past job, maybe you’ve just poked around QBO on your own — and what you actually need help with is the client side: how to onboard them, what to ask for, how to actually run the relationship. Both are completely valid starting points.
