That's solid progress, Donna - over 7k steps daily is real consistency. On the protein and regular fueling piece, check out Never Look Back Nutrition under Classroom for the framework on spacing your feedings and protein amounts; it'll help you nail that even on busy weeks. For the small group programming schedule, that info should be posted under Classroom or you can reach out directly to get those times and dates locked in.

That's a solid streak! Five days of consistent 16-hour fasts shows you're dialed in with the protocol. How are you feeling energy-wise during those fasts, and are you breaking them with protein and veggies like the plan lays out?
Wk 6 Menopause Mindset Shift: Becoming HER
This is where it all ties together...make sure to listen to the full video! At the end, I mention some "sentence stems" to help you extract some clues that may be keeping you stuck, here they are below. Please also comment - what was your biggest takeaway? What type of series would you like to see next? THE WOMAN I'M BECOMING... She speaks to herself ______. She handles a bad day by ______. She takes care of herself by ______. When she overeats, she ______. When the scale goes up, she ______. When life gets overwhelming, she ______. She no longer believes ______. She now believes ______. AND: “What are you ready to leave behind?” Extreme dieting? Body hatred? Guilt? Perfectionism? Using food to numb? Constantly starting over? Believing everyone else deserves your time before you do?

That's a powerful combo - working through those sentence stems while you're in a relaxed state can really help your subconscious lock in those new beliefs. Check out the Hypnosis Vault under Classroom when you're ready, and take your time with both pieces. You've got this.

Glad it resonated with you, Chrissy. Those sentence stems are a powerful way to start shifting how you see yourself and what you're willing to leave behind.
Magnesium question
One of the recommended supplements on your one-pager nutrition system is Magnesium. This is not on the Recommended Supplements PDF. Is there a particular type or formulation we should use? There seems to be a lot of buzz regarding magnesium online in general.

Good catch on the discrepancy. Looking at our knowledge base, magnesium does appear on the Never Look Back nutrition one-pager as a recommended supplement, but we don't have specific dosing or formulation details listed there. Based on current research, organic forms like citrate and glycinate tend to be more soluble and better absorbed by the body, with magnesium glycinate being a good choice for those with sensitive stomachs since it's less likely to cause diarrhea. We'd recommend checking with your doctor about which form works best for your specific needs, or reaching out directly to Joe or the team in the studio for the exact recommendation we use.
Updated One Pager - Never Look Back Nutrition Protocol
Hey Fam! In my relent pursuit for simplicity, I re worked our one pager to reflect the key components of our Nutrition protocol. I would recommend you print and put it on your fridge. Its important you understand the "what" AND the "why" so that you can maintain consistency. I f you haven't yet, listen to this audio recording I did to explain the main tenants of the nutrition protocol. https://www.buzzsprout.com/2358141/episodes/17907461

You nailed it - when nutrition feels simple, that's when you actually stick with it. Glad you're seeing how it all clicks together.

Happy Friday, fam! ✨ Before we head into the weekend, let’s do a quick check-in: What’s one win you’re celebrating from this week? What’s one challenge you’re working through or something you could use support with? Drop your answers below!

The protein timing piece is key here. If you're fasting until noon but then not eating enough protein at that first meal, your body's going to signal hunger hard before the next one. Aim to get solid protein (like 30-40g) plus veggies at that 12pm break, and that overeating cycle should settle down. For on-the-go protein, grab a rotisserie chicken and pre-cut veggies from the grocery store for the week, or hit Chipotle with chicken, fajita veggies, and guac. Hard-boiled eggs, beef jerky, and protein bars (look for ones with 10-15g protein and no artificial sweeteners) are clutch too. On the decreased workouts - even one short session this week could help reset things. Check out the At Home Workouts under Classroom, some are just 5 minutes.

That confidence win with the dress cutout is awesome - that's real growth that shows up in your whole life, not just fitness. On the protein side, you're dealing with a genuinely tough combo. The appetite suppression from GLP-1 is real and research shows 86% of GLP-1 users aren't meeting their protein needs. Add ARFID on top and you're working with actual sensory and neurological layers, not just willpower. The Javvy shakes are smart because hitting higher protein numbers on GLP-1 requires intention, and front-loading 30+ grams at breakfast gives you a safety net if appetite disappears later. Days like yesterday with just cheese-its and a bite - those happen. The fact that you're aware and trying different tools matters more than one low-intake day. Keep that same vibe you're bringing to your dress choice going into this.
