Is the trick of bending strings is using thin strings. I am inclined to use heavy strings for the volume they give and less chance of breaking them but they are not great for bending. I play an non acoustic guitar, semi acoustic electric guitar and now I have a large electric full size acoustic 12 string guitar, which I am still trying to master. I know that the average guitarist would say that I am being a bit ambitious about using a 12 string guitar but I love the sound it gives. I play for pleasure only. 🤔

Hi there, glad to meet you all. I am a very mature person, hence I can't handle barre chords now. I'm ok with open chords, I like playing the melody of a song in single strings included to the chords. But when I play the melody further up the board the sound is very thin. Can anyone help to use the Triad's as chords instead of barre chords. I know there are videos on Youtube on Triads but they are not all that clear. 🤔
