What Is Your Body Telling You Right Now?
Quick check-in with everyone today. ❤️ Forget about being perfect for a minute. I want you to think about the **last 7 days** and tell me one thing: **What is ONE signal from your body you would most like to improve right now?** It could be: ❤️ Blood pressure ⚡ Low energy 😴 Poor sleep or waking during the night 🩸 Blood sugar 🧠 Brain fog 🔥 Digestion or reflux 💪 Strength or recovery 🫀 Cardiovascular health ⚖️ Stubborn belly fat 🦵 Cramps or circulation 🥶 Feeling cold 😰 Stress or anxiety 🍽️ Hunger or cravings 💩 Digestion/bowel movements Or something completely different. Then tell me: **1. What is the symptom/problem?** **2. When is it usually at its worst?** **3. What have you already tried?** Don’t overthink your answer. Sometimes one symptom gives us a clue about a much bigger pattern happening underneath. I’ll go through the responses and give you my thoughts. And if I see several people struggling with the same issue, **I’ll turn it into one of our upcoming lessons or Lives.** Remember: Don’t just chase the symptom. Find the signal. Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™ Fix the signal. Everything follows.

Been busy beyond words and the last week or 2 have been very poor sleep. Crazy train is about to slow down so next week the focus is back on sleep and fasting! No excuses just part of life. Up and down, busy beyond control and and eventually you get back on track. Next week will start that process.....
🧬 Would You Be Interested in a Peptide Educational Series?
Hey everyone, I’m considering adding a full educational series on peptides to the community, and before I start building it, I want to hear from you. Peptides have become incredibly popular, but there is also a lot of hype, confusion, and questionable information surrounding them. Some have meaningful human research behind them, while others are supported primarily by animal studies or early mechanistic evidence. My goal would be to break them down the same way we approach everything else here: biology first, evidence first, ideology last. We could explore peptides such as BPC-157, KPV, GHK-Cu, TB-500/Thymosin Beta-4, PT-141, GLP-1 related peptides, and others, looking at what they do, the pathways they influence, the quality of the human evidence, potential risks, and areas such as cardiovascular health, metabolism, recovery, body composition, sexual health, and longevity. This would be an educational series, not simply “here's a peptide, take this.” I want you to understand the biology well enough to separate promising science from marketing. Would this be something you'd like me to add to the community? And which peptide or area would you want me to cover first? Drop your thoughts below. 👇 Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™

🚨 NEW DOCUMENTARY HOMEWORK 🚨
I have another challenge for every one of you this week. I want you to watch my newest documentary: "What Happens Inside Your Arteries Before a Heart Attack" https://youtu.be/ChnbG5ndEYg This may be one of the most important cardiovascular documentaries I've created because it changes how we think about heart disease. Most people imagine an artery as nothing more than a pipe that slowly fills with cholesterol. But that's not what an artery is. An artery is living tissue. It senses blood flow. It responds to blood pressure. It communicates with immune cells. It adapts to the environment surrounding it. And for years before a heart attack, an invisible biological story may already be unfolding. In this documentary we explore: • The living endothelium. • The glycocalyx. • Blood flow and shear stress. • ApoB-containing particles. • Plaque formation. • Why arteries often remain open despite disease. • Why some plaques remain stable while others become dangerous. • Why a heart attack often begins years before symptoms appear. One of the biggest lessons from this documentary is this: A heart attack may be sudden. The biology that prepared the ground rarely is. My goal isn't to make you afraid of cholesterol. My goal isn't to convince you that one food caused everything. My goal is to help you understand that your arteries experience your entire biology, not one laboratory marker, one supplement, or one meal. Remember... Your arteries are alive. They are responding to what happens today. 📚 HOMEWORK After watching the documentary, answer these four questions in the comments. 1. What was the biggest thing you learned that you had never heard before? 2. Did this documentary change how you think about cholesterol, ApoB, plaque, or heart attacks? If so, what changed? 3. Which part of your own biology do you now think deserves the most attention? Examples: • Blood pressure • ApoB • Blood sugar • Sleep • Exercise • Kidney function

🚨 NEW DOCUMENTARY HOMEWORK 🚨
I have a challenge for every one of you this week. I want you to watch my newest documentary: "Same Food. Different Body." https://youtu.be/rMpBNFI3tRc This may be one of the most important concepts I've ever taught because it explains why so many people become confused, frustrated, or discouraged when they try to copy someone else's success. Two people eat the exact same meal. The same steak. The same eggs. The same butter. The same portion. One loses weight. One gains weight. One improves blood sugar. The other sees it rise. One watches ApoB improve. The other watches it climb. Was one person "doing the diet wrong?" Or was the biology underneath the plate completely different? That's the question I explore throughout this documentary. We walk through the major biological filters that determine how your body responds to food: • Metabolic history. • Muscle mass. • Liver function. • Hormones. • Sleep and stress. • Digestion and absorption. • Genetics. My goal isn't to convince you that one diet is better than another. My goal is to teach you how to think biologically instead of ideologically. Remember... Food is the input. Biology is the interpreter. 📚 HOMEWORK After watching the documentary, I want everyone to answer these three questions in the comments. 1. Which biological filter do you think has had the biggest influence on your own health so far? (Muscle, liver, hormones, sleep, digestion, genetics, metabolic history, etc.) 2. Have you ever followed the exact same diet as someone else but ended up with completely different results? What do you think explained the difference? 3. What is ONE thing you're going to investigate about your own biology instead of automatically blaming or praising a food? There are no right or wrong answers. The goal of this community has never been to defend a diet. The goal is to understand your biology. I can't wait to read your answers. I think this discussion is going to help many people realize they haven't failed. They simply haven't asked the right questions yet.

1. Sleep 2. Sleep 3. In my case the diet exposed the problem. I was one of those that did not respond well to carnivore. Fixed the sleep and the numbers followed what would be expected. Continuing to track and fine tune as we go. *This is a must watch for any new comer to carnivore / keto.
🎥 New Documentary This Sunday at 6:00 AM Pacific Time
This Sunday morning, I’m releasing a new documentary: Who Stole Your Food Compass? This is not another video telling you which diet is “right.” We’re going deeper into how humans became so confused about food, how marketing, guidelines, diet tribes, and social media changed the way we eat, and why the same food can produce very different results in different people. You’ll learn how to look beyond labels, follow your own biological signals, and understand patterns in sleep, energy, hunger, digestion, blood pressure, glucose, ApoB, inflammation, and more. There is a lot of valuable information in this one, so set a reminder and join me: Sunday, July 26 at 6:00 AM Central Time Come back afterward and let me know which part stood out to you most. Link is accessible after 6:00AM Central Time: https://youtu.be/Cei_C9ZIGeg Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™
