I’m excited to share something new I’m creating: my first podcast. 🎙️ It’s called Relationsexperten – EssensiaTerapi, which roughly translates to The Relationship Expert. The podcast will be in Swedish and explores the relationships that shape our lives: the relationship with ourselves, with others, in love—and with the life and business we want to create. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I’m Theresia Malm, a certified therapist, couples therapist, entrepreneur and educator with more than 25 years of experience working with people through meaningful conversations. In the podcast, I’ll bring together therapy, women’s self-leadership, personal development, AI and sustainable entrepreneurship. There will be personal reflections, practical knowledge and honest conversations that go beneath the surface. Because our relationship patterns don’t disappear when we enter the workplace or start a business. They influence how visible we allow ourselves to become, how we set boundaries, how much responsibility we carry—and whether we build a life that truly reflects who we are. This feels both exciting and a little vulnerable. But I’ve reached a point where I no longer want to make myself smaller or hold back what I know and what I can teach.
