Most business owners I talk to have 5+ AI subscriptions and still do the same repetitive work every week. The problem usually isn't the tool, it's that nobody picked the right task first. Try this: 1. Write down everything you did last week that you also did the week before. Replying to the same questions, copying details from emails into a sheet, chasing quotes or invoices, writing similar posts. 2. Next to each one, write roughly how many minutes it takes per week. 3. Circle the ones that follow the same steps every time. Those are your automation candidates. Tasks that need your judgement every time are not (yet). 4. Pick ONE: the circled task with the most minutes. Automate only that, and run it for two weeks before touching anything else.
