I was on the phone with an Experian representative and gave him the script. He asked me about the FTC reports and wanted to know when and how I submitted them, along with proof/documentation. I explained that I’ve already submitted the FTC reports, but I wasn’t sure what documentation he was specifically asking for. Has anyone else run into this when doing the 24-hour inquiry removal? If so, how did you handle it, and what did you provide them?
