Happy Labor Day, Ladies! 🤎
I hope everyone is doing well, feeling well, and enjoying this beautiful Labor Day! If you’re looking to strengthen and define your back, biceps, triceps, and core, make sure you check out the exercise from yesterday’s workout. The Deadlift + Row is a great combination movement that challenges your glutes, hamstrings, back, biceps, shoulders, and core all in one. And yes… your ab exercise is posted too! So there’s no excuse not to get something in today. 😉 I’m also making a commitment to be more present and consistent here in our Mastery Group. I’m setting intentional time aside to make sure I’m giving you guys the value, motivation, workouts, nutrition guidance, and accountability you deserve. I know life gets BUSY. We all have work, family, responsibilities, and a million things pulling at us. But there is no better day than TODAY to master yourself. Every workout is a deposit. Every healthy meal is a deposit. Every decision to prioritize yourself is a deposit. And eventually, those deposits compound into a stronger body, a stronger mindset, and a better life. I’m headed to the gym on this beautiful Labor Day, and I hope you’re finding some time today to pour back into YOU. I’ll also be reaching out to each and every one of you personally just to check in soon, make sure all is well, and see how I can continue supporting you. Now let’s get some engagement going! 👇🏽 Check in below: What are you doing for yourself today, WORKOUT, REST, NUTRITION, or RESET? And tell me one thing you’re committed to mastering this week. I’m looking forward to hearing from you all! Let’s keep showing up, keep growing, and keep MASTERING OURSELVES. 💪🏽

Hey y’all! Happy Sunday! 🤎
You ask, I will deliver! Today, I’m kicking off a series featuring compound exercises that just get the daggone job done. I’ll be posting the first exercise today and breaking down exactly how it works, why it’s so effective, and why my clients absolutely love it. But before we get into the workout, I wanted to check in with everybody. How are y’all doing? Personally, I’m doing fantastic and feeling really good about September. I’m focused, locked in, and ready to break some goals this month while making sure everything in my life is aligned with what matters most to me, my health, my fitness, my growth, and my overall well-being. So, hopefully everybody is having a fabulous Sunday and enjoying this Labor Day weekend! I’ll be back later today with your first compound exercise. Until then, keep moving, take care of yourself, and remember: feeling good and looking your best starts with taking care of the body you have. Have a beautiful Sunday, y’all!

@Amy Kearney Happy Labor Day Amy!!!!! Guess where I am at???
ONE MOVE. TWO POWERFUL MOVEMENTS. 🔥
Romanian Deadlift + Bent-Over Row Start by standing tall with a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your core engaged, soften your knees, and push your hips back as you lower the weights down your legs. Once you reach the bottom of your deadlift, pause and hold your hinge position. Pull both dumbbells toward your ribs, squeezing your shoulder blades together to perform the row. Lower the weights with control, then drive through your feet and push your hips forward to stand tall. You’re working: • Glutes • Hamstrings • Upper & mid-back • Shoulders • Core stability FORM TIP: Keep your back neutral throughout the movement. Think “hips back” during the deadlift and “elbows back” during the row. Don’t rush the transition between the two exercises. Try 3 sets of 10–12 reps. Save this combination for your next full-body workout!

I’LL GO FIRST… 👇🏽 I can honestly say I’ve been checking off quite a few of these lately! ☀️ Sunshine: Getting plenty of it. 😂 Laughter: I’ve been laughing A LOT at work lately. 💧 Water: I’m getting my gallon in daily. 🌬️ Fresh air: Definitely getting outside more. 🌱 Nature: My job has taken me to different stops, so I’ve actually been able to enjoy some beautiful outdoor spaces along the way. 🏋🏽‍♀️ Exercise: I’m still getting at least 4 workouts in every week. 🥗 Diet: Always a priority. I’m pescatarian, so I eat plenty of fish, fruits, and vegetables while making sure I’m maximizing my protein. 😴 Rest: Still working on making sure I give my body enough time to recover. Sometimes we make wellness way more complicated than it needs to be. Move. Nourish. Hydrate. Get outside. Rest. Laugh. Repeat. Now I want to hear from y’all… Which one of the 8 are you doing REALLY well with right now, and which one needs some work? 👇🏽

@Amy Kearney yes sista!!!
Your goal should be to become the woman who doesn’t need a hack anymore.
I’m on my lunch break scrolling social media and I just came across a post asking: “Women who struggle with losing weight, would you rather learn how to make pineapple tea today or chia seed water?” And honestly, this is why I want my girls to be VERY careful with what you consume online. There is nothing wrong with pineapple tea. There is nothing wrong with chia seed water. But if the entire solution being presented to a woman who is struggling to lose weight is “drink this and lose weight,” we have a problem. Because losing weight isn’t really about finding the right tea. It’s about understanding your calorie intake, protein, fiber, hydration, movement, strength training, sleep, stress, portions, consistency, and most importantly your habits. A quick fix may temporarily change the number on the scale, especially if you’re losing water or simply eating less because you’re replacing food with a drink. But that doesn’t teach you what to do when life gets busy, you’re traveling, you’re eating with your family, you’re stressed, or you don’t have that special drink available. And THAT is where people struggle. I understand that people are building businesses and trying to make money. Nothing wrong with that. But if we’re truly trying to help women, we have to teach them how to create sustainable results not just how to get a temporary result. Don’t just give women something to drink. Teach her why she’s struggling, what needs to change, and how to maintain the results once she gets them. Your goal shouldn’t be to find the next weight-loss hack. Be careful what you let social media convince you is the answer. 💕

@Amy Kearney Absolutely! You have to love those results when you finally find what works for YOU. There’s something powerful about unlocking that side of yourself, the discipline, confidence, and self-belief that come with it. That’s a whole different level of life!
