Monday Prayer Wall 🙏
Mamas, what can we carry to the Lord for you this week? Big or small, spoken or unspoken, drop it below. If you see a request, reply with "Praying" so she knows she isn't alone. I'll be praying over every single one.

My son has a condition called complex regional pain disorder. It affects his nervous system and he has been in a lot of pain since May. He has made some progress but fell and broke his foot on Monday. It’s been a tough year for him emotionally.
💛 We have our very first Peaceful Mama Blessing winner! 🎉
Mamas, my heart is so full. Today we drew our very first blessing, and I am overjoyed to celebrate... Jeni Cheatham! 🎉💛 Jeni, you are such a gift to this community — a mama of 5, a grandma of 14, and someone whose warmth and wisdom already make this place feel more like home. It could not have landed on a more deserving heart. Your $100 toward groceries or gas is on its way to you, sweet friend. 💛 "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father." — James 1:17 📱 A little behind-the-scenes honesty: I hopped on live to draw the winner, but we had some audio troubles on my end (technology, am I right?! 😅). For any mama who missed it, I've added a few screenshots below so you can see the draw. Thank you for your grace as I learn the ropes! And to every mama who showed up and climbed with us this month — thank you. This is only the beginning. We do this every month, so keep showing up, keep loving on each other, and watch what God does in this little community of ours. Congratulations again, Jeni! Let's flood the comments with love for her. 💛🎉

Congrats Jeni
Wishing you all a blessed Wednesday
Father, thank You that I do not face this day by myself. When fear rises in me this morning, remind me that You are with me and that You hold me up with Your right hand. I will not be dismayed, because You are my God and You are helping me right now. In Jesus' name, amen.
Wishing you all a blessed Wednesday

Happy Monday!
Father, on the mornings I forget that I was made on purpose, remind me that Your thoughts toward me are good. You are holding my future and my hope in Your hands, even the parts I cannot see. I stop striving and I trust the plans You have already written. In Jesus' name, amen.
Happy Monday!

Why We're Starting Every Morning With Scripture
🥳 Mamas, I have to share something with you. This week I watched a video about how the words we speak over ourselves in the morning actually change what happens inside our brains. They showed the scans. Certain areas lit up when a person declared truth over their life instead of speaking fear and defeat. It stopped me in my tracks, because it is exactly what God's Word has been telling us all along. So starting this week, every morning inside The Peaceful Mama Collective, you are going to open your phone to a scripture affirmation. One verse. One declaration. Something true to plant in your heart before the world gets its hands on your day. Here is why I believe this matters so much. What the science actually says When researchers put people in brain scanners and had them affirm what they value most, the reward and self processing centers of the brain became more active, and the regions that fire off stress and threat quieted down. Speaking truth over yourself literally calms the alarm system God built into your body. And here is the part that gives me chills. Our brains are not fixed. Every thought we repeat carves a path, and the paths we travel most become the ones we take without even trying. If you rehearse worry every morning, you get very good at worrying. But if you rehearse who God says you are, that becomes the road your mind runs to on its own. I want to be honest with you though. This is not a trick, and it is not wishful thinking. The glowing pictures on the internet are just a way of showing which parts of the brain wake up. What makes a scripture affirmation different from a plain positive saying is the anchor. We are not repeating something we hope is true. We are agreeing out loud with what our God has already declared over us. The Word said it first Long before there were brain scanners, the Lord told us how this works. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. — Romans 12:2 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. — 2 Corinthians 10:5
