If you are not yet a real estate professional, NOT paying the IRS 50% of what you make is a great reason to work towards that designation!!! Saves me hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

It's the exact same rule as a high school dance. Dance with the partner who brought you. If a buyers agent brings you a deal have them right at the contract. If you call the listing agent and they show you the deal have them write right up the contract.
