Redtail users: what are you using for better workflow management?
We use Redtail CRM but are ready to move beyond its workflow system. Our biggest frustrations are maintaining workflow templates and the linear structure, particularly the inability to easily assign tasks for parallel processing. We’re considering, in order: 1. An overlay like Hubly while keeping Redtail 2. A separate task/project management system like Process.st 3. Moving to a different CRM altogether For anyone who has gone down one of these paths, what did you choose and how well has it worked? Particularly interested in Hubly experiences and other products we should consider.
How are firms handling centralized scheduling?
We currently have one person scheduling essentially all client/prospect meetings for the firm, plus business meetings (COIs, vendors, etc.) for two partners. For scale, we have about 250 client relationships, $550M AUM, and 4 advisors. For firms of a similar size, how do you handle scheduling? Is one centralized scheduler reasonable at this scale, or do you divide it among team members/advisors?
Phone System
Hey there, we are looking to upgrade our phone systems. Specifically, an option that works well for conferencing 4 or more people. Our current provider, MedTel, does not offer this option. We have also been battling a lot of spam calls. The spam filter MedTel said would help is not. We get at least 10 calls a day about our Google business listing 😵‍💫 We are considering Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing and would love to hear any insights (good or bad) on this option. Please let me know your recommendations. Thanks!

Been using Zoom phone for several years. Works great for us. We use Zoom for phone, SMS, fax, instant messaging and meetings. I mostly use the desktop app but occasionally use the iPhone app- haven't had any issues.

So tell us:What operational, technology, or growth topics would be most valuable for us to cover? Drop your ideas in the comments below 👇

State of the CRM. When have we outgrown our current CRM (RT for us)? What are the "best" tools to supplement CRM shortcomings (e.g., opportunity tracking and workflows in RT). Thoughts on using a non-industry specific CRM like monday.com or a disruptor like Slant.
Looking for VoIP Provider Recommendations
Happy Monday!! We're reevaluating our current VoIP provider (Vonage) and would love to hear what others are using. Looking for something reliable, good call quality, easy to manage. Would appreciate any feedback on what’s worked (or hasn’t) for your firm. Thank you!

We've been using Zoom for phone (and meetings, instant messaging, SMS) for a couple of years. It was our fourth phone system in as many years and works well. Love having a unified communications solution. I hadn't previously heard of CurrentClient but it looks like a well executed solution.
