@David Jones Hey David, sorry for the late response. Yeah, being based out of Massachusetts would definitely make it a little tougher. There are some clinics that operate primarily through telehealth, so there can be ways around the location piece depending on how everything is structured. If you ever did want to acquire a practice like this, you can own the business as a non-clinician and hire the licensed clinicians to provide the actual services. I’d be more than happy to jump on a call sometime and walk you through how it works, at least here in Texas, including how the insurance side and reimbursement rates work. It’s also good to know people are selling their practices for a million dollars, that’s what I want to do when I grow up LOL.
