The Clief Notes AI is live 📣
It’s live. Starting today, everyone in Clief Notes has access to the new Clief Notes AI. The easiest way to use it? Don’t overthink it. Ask it the question you would normally ask me. “Where should I start?” “What should I focus on next?” “Where did you talk about [topic]?” It’ll use what’s already inside Clief Notes to help answer you and point you toward the right lesson or resource when there’s something worth going deeper on. The goal isn’t to give you another AI tool to play with. It’s to make everything already inside this community easier to actually use. If you want Access to it Comment "READY" and we'll send you access to it!

Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
Welcome to Clief Notes. Here’s where to start. 👋 You don’t need to watch the entire classroom before trying something. Pick a starting point, make something small, and bring your questions back here. 🧭 Find your way around Navigating the Course shows you what’s here and how to get around. If you’re new to working with AI, start with The Foundation. We work through prompting, context, and organizing your files so you can give an AI a job you can actually check. 🛠️ Never ran a coding agent or folder strcutre? Jump into Module 4 This is a good starting point if you want to work through a practical example. The short videos mix animation with actual app screenshots, and there’s a fictional practice folder you can follow along with. - 4.1: Install and First Use — Get oriented and try your first task. Grab the Foundation Practice download from Resources here. - 4.2: Working With Files — Turn meeting notes into a decision list, then check where each decision came from. - 4.3: Think, Then Build — Compare your options, choose an approach, and approve a short brief before asking for the finished work. - 4.4: Project Instructions — Leave useful instructions with your project so you have less to explain next time. - You’ll find guidance for Claude Code and Codex, plus a regular chat route where you save the files yourself. 💬 Use the check-ins At the bottom of the lessons, you’ll find polls and discussion posts. Share what you tried, what worked, and what needed correcting.

The plan right now is to let people in our VIP Skool group see how you create a system like this. I'll walk them through the how & the why as I build out. We're probably going to call it Ology OS to match our Skool name. We may just add it to what we offer in the Skool group, but not sure at this point.

@Carla Bosteder We need to connect. I'm just wrapping up a 52 Churches in 52 Weeks tour which didn't really have to do with AI, but I analyzed everything including websites, social media, etc. FYI- Every church that was growing was posting 9+ times a week on most social media platforms, but a huge chunk just posted their sermon replay.
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

1. I teach people in ministry how to use AI 2. You seem to have a strategy & system for everything community so anxious to learn more. 3. How to better show people in ministry who are still skeptical of AI a better way to think about AI
