Halfway through the week is usually when the “I’m behind” feeling sneaks in. The plans you made on Monday looked a lot different by Tuesday night. 𝗦𝗼 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀. You’re reading a good book, and life gets busy. A few days go by and you don’t pick it up. When you come back, you don’t flip to page one and start over. You open it right to your bookmark and keep reading. You can treat your week the same way. Whatever you set down on Monday is still right where you left it. You don’t have to start over. You just open to the bookmark and read the next page. One phone call. One draft. One small piece of the thing that’s been sitting heavy on your mind. That’s enough for today. I have a question… Are we spending too much time trying to learn the PERFECT prompt instead of learning how to actually communicate with AI? Because I’ve been experimenting with different AI tools, and one thing keeps standing out. The clearer I am about what I want, the better we can work together. Now, don’t get me wrong. Good prompting still matters, especially when you need specific instructions, consistency, or technical results. But I also think we’re making some things harder than they need to be. One thing that’s helped me is keeping master reference files with my brand voice, preferences, and important details. That way, I’m not starting from scratch every time I use a different AI model. So I’m curious. What’s been harder for you: figuring out WHAT to ask AI or getting it to understand exactly what you mean? 😂

Here’s a little exercise you can try with ChatGPT today. Instead of asking AI to make you another giant to-do list, give it the one business goal you’re focused on. Then ask: “Help me break this goal into three realistic actions I can complete this week. Put them in order of importance, explain what each action accomplishes, and tell me what I can stop worrying about for now.” That’s it! You don’t need 47 new tasks. You need to know what deserves your attention FIRST. And remember, AI can help organize the plan, but YOU still have to decide what makes sense for your business. Less collecting. More executing. 🎯
