So it was chilly in the morning but warmed up just a bit in the afternoon. Had a happy hour for all the big Sysco executives, so I wanted to smell fresh. This is a take on Torino 21 and it's not far off, but it's not Torino 21. It does start off very similar, however there is more citrus than mint in the opening and the citrus isn't quite as bright. It's also a bit more Aromatix, especially in the opening where that spearmint more is quite strong. It doesn't last as long as Torino 21 a do stays pretty linear for about 4-5 hours on my skin, then it just disappears. Totally great for today's application as the happy hour was only 1 and a half hours long. If you don't mind smelling like a mojito with tonic instead of the sweeter mojito that is 21, I think that this would be a fantastic alternative to 21 when you don't want to wear out the OG. Thoughts?

So this is only the second unboxing video that I've made. It's the most expensive fragrance that I've purchased thus far. The presentation wasn't very fancy, but the bottle is absolutely gorgeous! One thing that I've noticed after doing a side by side with my 2 year old decant is that the decant is just a bit stronger, but the scent profile is pretty much identical. So I'm wondering if this has been reformulated, or could it just be a maturation process? I'm still quite happy to have scored this for $339 I'd really love to hear your opinions on this!

So I've been hearing Uncle Cuba glazing this fragrance for years and recently, I found a 49ml tester for $70 and I decided to blind by it. Coming into the fall, the scent profile and his description sold me. And at least for me, he was not wrong. It opens up with hay. A sugary hat though which is quite nice. Within a few minutes a sweet pipe tobacco and honey jump into the mix along with amber and incense. Definitely resinous, but not in an overpowering way The final dry down reveals a smooth musk that's not really clean or animalic. It's just nice I think it was a steal for 70 bucks and it will definitely be in my fall rotation. Do any of you have any experiences with this fragrance?

Gents, I gotta tell you.. I just spent the most money I've ever laid out for a full bottle. I've been waiting for a tester to pop up for the last couple of years and no dice.. I have been on the wait-list for this on aura fragrance for a while and it just popped up. No tester. Full presentation. $369! Maple prime has it for $405 and every other reputable discouterr has it for $500+ Just thought I'd let you know this is currently available. Happy hunting!!

So today I wore Torino 21 during the day. Shout out to @Lon Chaneyfield for the hookup! Previously just had a tester, and picked up a 50ml for $99!. Smells like a minty mojito with basil. Super fresh and uplifting and also a serious compliment puller for me. Especially considering that it's 90 degrees plus right now in fall. When I came home and bathed, I saw that bottle of Naxos sitting next to it and thought this would be a beautiful fragrance to fall asleep to, so I sprayed it on myself and my pillows and now I'm ready for bed with a creamy, honey tobacco scent to fade of to.
