The biggest improvement to my AI videos wasn’t finding a better generator.
It was finally having a workflow I could repeat from idea → generation → edit → upload. Right now I keep it pretty simple: chatgpt.com for scripts, shot ideas, and prompts klingai.com for generating and animating scenes capcut.com for editing, audio, and finishing the video floment.ai for organizing each video project, tasks, and what I need to make next Way less time trying to remember where I left off, especially when I’ve got multiple videos in progress. What does everyone else use to manage the whole process from first idea to finished upload?

@Brenner Schellschmidt it basically replaces having to juggle messy notes, Trello boards, and spreadsheets across different videos. The biggest perk is keeping each video project contained in one place, you can break down each idea into nested tasks, track shot lists and milestones, and keep your scripts and assets linked directly to the project.

What’s up everyone! 🙌 I’m Brenner, founder of Crafted Motion. This Academy teaches the prompts and workflows behind the AI videos I create. Your first goal is simple: finish one video and share your success. 1. Make your first video Start with the free Abandoned Car tutorial below. Follow it in order, keep the prompts open beside your tool, and finish one video. Check the lesson's tool and cost guidance before you begin. Prefer a different subject? Storybook Cottage and Hidden Bunker are also free alternatives. For Hidden Bunker, finish the images in Part 1 before moving to Part 2. Start the Abandoned Car tutorial Start the Storybook Cottage tutorial Start Hidden Bunker — Part 1 2. Share your success Once you finish your video, post it in Show Your Work so everyone can celebrate your progress and get to know you. Tell us what you made and which tool you used. If you ran into an issue, include what happened so we can help. https://www.skool.com/crafted-motion-academy?c=40d48ba0841b47498ba325beaacba3f1 3. Love the direct focus on finishing a first build instead of endlessly watching tutorials. When producing video assets, I store my rendered clips in Google Drive and track each scene build on Floment project cards. Setting up clear to do milestones keeps my daily production moving without getting stalled in planning mode. Flowie has also been great for quickly outlining daily task priorities when juggling multiple edits.

@Brenner Schellschmidt Thanks Brenner. That hands on friction is definitely the best teacher. Having that pipeline in place makes it easy to experiment with new prompt variations without losing track of the revisions. Looking forward to diving into the tutorials and sharing a build here soon.
