How do you plan your weeks?

I had to stop using complicated setups that took more effort to maintain than the projects themselves. Now I just draft my high level assets in Figma and manage my active week inside Floment. Having project cards right alongside my daily to dos makes it easy to see what needs attention without getting lost in nested menus. Flowie helps me trim down my weekly priority list whenever I try to take on too much at once.

@Olivia Radcliffe Flowie is the built in AI assistant inside Floment. It lives right next to your projects and to dos, so instead of just giving generic advice, it understands the context of what you are actually working on. I mostly use it to break down bigger projects into bite sized action steps and filter my weekly list down when I start overcommitting. It is also great for drafting quick notes or project updates so you do not have to jump back and forth between separate apps
The tools I’d want if I were building a business around a busy life
One thing I keep noticing with business advice: a lot of it assumes you have an entire day to execute. But if you're balancing clients, family, caregiving, or a full-time job, the problem usually isn't motivation. It’s having a system that helps you make progress in the small pockets of time you actually have. My current approach is to keep the stack as simple as possible: - ChatGPT — turning rough ideas into clearer plans and getting unstuck faster - Canva — creating client-facing content without spending forever on design - Notion — keeping notes, resources, and business information organized - Floment — keeping projects, daily tasks, progress updates, and community activity closer together instead of scattering everything across different apps The biggest shift for me has been thinking less about “How much can I get done today?” and more about “What’s the most useful thing I can finish with the time I actually have?” That feels a lot more sustainable than trying to copy someone's 12-hour-a-day business routine. For those building a business around real-life responsibilities, what tools or systems have actually made your limited time easier to manage?

@Brittany Bettini Post-call client follow-ups and summaries. Having a strict "done" format cut the admin drag down to almost zero.

@Emily Harper Absolutely. When you stop chasing someone else's ideal 8-hour workday and just optimize for 30-minute windows, the pressure drops fast. Keeping the tools minimal keeps you moving forward instead of managing the setup. What does your go-to stack look like right now?
Have you tried this method?
I'm working on a big presentation I'm giving next week for potentially several hundred nonprofit leaders, and I'm finding myself feeling burnt out. So, I remembered something a group of us did in a co-working session several years ago. Have you heard of or tired the Pomodoro Method (work for 25 minutes and take a 5 minute break, repeat taking a longer break after 4 cycles)? I started employing it a bit ago and it is helping. What is your experience with this?

The Pomodoro technique is awesome for pacing yourself and staying focused during heavy prep work. I usually design my presentation slides in Figma and then map out my daily execution cards inside Floment. Having project boards and task tracking right in your workspace makes it so much easier to stay accountable without feeling overwhelmed. It really helps turn a massive deck into manageable daily steps.
Marketing when Multipassionate
Hi all, just in the past several days I have come to embrace the fact that I am multi passionate and now have a desire to market myself that way. I am AuDHD, Mom to a 13-year-old, full-time employee in higher education, co-author of three international best selling anthologies, owner of an online Wellness business – Fonda Neal Natural Health – that I’m working to get off the ground, owner of a mobile notary business - After 7 Notary, and as of three days ago, I am a Legalshield independent associate so that I can help more people protect their assets and have access to a lawyer for personal affairs (such as wills) and small business affairs (such as document reviews and collection letters) for as little as $1 a day. I already have two websites ( one for my Wellness business where I also am selling the anthology books) and one for my Notary business. My Legalshield website is separate from these and has to be per company policy. Marketing and tech are not my strong suit so am seeking suggestions: 1) if I should just describe all of the businesses in my bio on my website, and networking groups, on my personal LinkedIn and personal Facebook pages and lead with being multi passionate or is there a better method than this? 2) for in person vending events I usually have my books on the table and a sign-up sheet for folks to leave their name and email address to be added to my Wellness newsletter Email list and be informed when the Wellness programs launch. My tablecloth has my Wellness business logo on the front. I’m wondering, how can I add promoting the Legalshield business to individuals, families, and small business owners without it being confusing? I thought about adding “estate planning” to the wellness sign up sheet. My chapter in Two of the 3 books is focused on entrepreneurship. Perhaps having a “Are You a Business Owner or Aspiring To Be? Let’s Talk” flyer on the table to spark a chat and I can then talk about the books and the LegalShield Small Business Plans?

I keep my master brand strategy organized in Figma and track all my active business tasks inside Floment AI using built in project cards and to dos. Running multiple ventures gets overwhelming fast, so having a consolidated daily workspace makes it way easier to execute without app hopping. It lets you keep your different brands separated while keeping your daily execution under one roof.
You asked for it! Here it is...
A while ago, I asked if you'd want a dedicated accountability space — just for making real progress on one goal at a time. You said yes. Loudly 😜 (thanks for all the messages and feedback - it was very much appreciated!) So here we go! 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 — 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝘂𝗯 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. It's a separate, intentional space on Skool where the only agenda is helping you move forward on what matters most right now. Think: our very own Room of Requirement for getting things done. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: Each month, you'll use a simple framework to get clear on your one goal, break it into steps that actually fit your real life and schedule, and build an action plan you can follow without burning out. Then the space holds you to it — through low-friction check-ins that keep momentum going without adding pressure. The Cold Coffee Club is your place for networking, training, and resources. Focus & Finish is your dedicated quiet space to actually use those resources. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: - Cold Coffee Club Premium members get free access — I'll be reaching out to you directly to get you access. - Everyone else: founding member price is $5/month. Join for a month when you need it, step back when you don't. No guilt either way. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝘀𝘁. Fair warning: you'll be getting in at the absolute ground level. The community is being built in real time, so it's bare bones at the moment, and I'll be adding resources as the month unfolds. If you have any questions/comments/suggestions - just let me know! I'm building this from the ground up based on what YOU say you want 😊 → Join the Focus & Finish accountability hub

I keep my weekly roadmaps inside Google Drive and then track my active project cards and to dos inside Floment AI. Having native execution tools built right into a daily workspace makes it so much easier for members to finish what they start without needing five different apps open.
