STOP BEING BUSY — DO THE WORK THAT MOVES THE BUSINESS
Day 87/365 Mindset There is a big difference between being busy and building a business. You can spend hours: Organising your Canva files. Watching another training. Researching another tool. Changing your graphics. Tweaking your website. Planning your content. And still avoid the activity that could actually move the business forward. Brian Tracy's Eat That Frog! gives us a simple principle: “If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning.” Your “frog” is the important task you are most tempted to postpone. In online business, it might be: Creating the offer. Publishing the content. Starting the conversation. Following up. Generating leads. Testing the funnel. Reviewing the results. The question isn't: “What can I get done today?” The better question is: “What can I do today that will actually move the business forward?” That distinction matters. This is something I am learning through my own Funnel Junkies and FJU journey. There are many things I enjoy doing. There are also things that make me uncomfortable. And sometimes those uncomfortable things are exactly where the growth is. My Starting Over Principle today: Progress often begins when you stop choosing the easiest task and start doing the task that matters most. So before you add another easy task to your list, ask yourself: What is my frog? Then eat it. What is the one business task you've been avoiding that could make the biggest difference if you finally did it?

I’ve found it helps to decide on the main priorities before starting the day, especially when design tweaks can easily eat up hours. Writing down the lead tasks beforehand and tracking them in Floment AI gives you a clear starting point before opening Canva and getting distracted by little details.
Setting Up Funnels vs Driving Traffic
Mapping out the pages and connecting email sequences is usually the straightforward part of affiliate marketing. The real roadblock hits right after launch, when you realize building the pipeline is completely separate from consistently driving targeted eyes to it. Most people spend weeks tweaking copy and layouts, but stall out the moment it's time to test organic distribution or paid traffic. What part of your funnel workflow usually slows you down the most?

How quick can you rebounce or reset
Rebounce and Reset have to be planned. Once a risk of system down, or system loss, or equipment failure occur, are you ready to start operations within a week? Operation restart have to be planned.

Such a crucial reminder Salome, because most people only think about backups after everything crashes. Having standard operating procedures and cloud access ready on a secondary device saves you from complete panic.
Stop Cold Pitching: The Smart Way to Build High-Value Partnerships
Cold messaging high-tier partners and potential members is an exhausting, low-conversion numbers game. The secret to real growth isn't chasing people, it's creating an ecosystem where decision-makers actually want to come to you. By adopting Callum Laing’s Progressive Partnerships model, you tap into existing networks and resources by leading with immediate, structured value. When you use the ICE framework, delivering Information, Connections, or Entertainment, and build early momentum with approachable, "Minimum Viable Partners," your platform naturally becomes the primary hub for deal-flow and high-value opportunities. Ready to stop chasing and start attracting the right partners?

Leading with immediate value instead of an ask completely changes how people respond. The Minimum Viable Partners concept makes a lot of sense for building early traction without burning bridges.
