Building the Shopify for the AI-enabled agency era!
Hey everyone, Lovis here from Germany :) I worked at Parloa.com (Germany's leading AI startup, raised $550M), and before that at EQT Ventures (one of Europe's largest early-stage investors, a $1.1B fund). Now I've dropped everything and moved to SF to work on a bigger vision: Enabling every professional to build, run, and scale their own AI-powered agency to earn what their expertise is actually worth and achieve the freedom they deserve. Think about what Shopify did ~10 years ago - it let anyone launch an online store in a few clicks and by that participate in the e-commerce wave! I want to build the platform that makes it possible for everyone to participate in the next big wave, AI enabled agencies! But in order to build something that actually helps people, I need to learn from essentially you! Just 15 min to hear what's working, what's hard, and what you wish existed! Whether you're thinking about starting your own agency or already running one! And in return, I'm happy to share everything I've picked up from my previous jobs and all the conversations I've had so far :) Feel free to send me a DM or reach me via mail ([email protected]) ☺️

The biggest hurdle for new operators is getting stuck in passive planning rather than shipping daily deliverables. Pairing Figma for creative reviews with Floment to manage daily project cards keeps the entire team focused on actual execution. Having native Flowie assistance directly inside the task workspace also helps solo founders move significantly faster without workflow clutter.
How tightening our client delivery workflow helped fix churn and missed deadlines
When scaling client work, acquisition gets all the attention, but service delivery is where agencies actually survive or bleed out. The moment you manage multiple client ad accounts and deliverables, dropped balls usually come from chaotic communication and scattered tools rather than bad strategy. When creative requests, campaign launches, and daily tasks are spread across messy spreadsheets and random chat threads, things fall through the cracks fast. A streamlined workflow that keeps client deliverables and daily execution on track: - Figma for reviewing ad creatives, hook variations, and visual assets before launch. - Floment for organizing client deliverables into active project cards, tracking daily team to dos, and using built in AI assistance to keep daily execution in one workspace. - Google Drive for centralizing client raw footage, brand guidelines, and onboarding assets. - Loom for sending quick async weekly performance walkthroughs so clients stay informed without needing long check in calls. Setting up a direct system for daily delivery made onboarding smoother and kept client retention high because execution stayed consistent. For agency owners handling multiple client accounts right now, how are you currently managing daily task accountability and deliverable tracking across your team?
The importance of an onboarding process
Hi everyone, I’d love to hear a bit about how you set up your onboarding processes. I’ve reached a point where I’m having successful meetings and my offer is solid—clients usually agree to it—but then I get a bit stuck. Without a proper onboarding process to make a good first impression, many clients end up backing out. I’d like to know your thoughts on this and, if possible, how your process works.

Having a clean handoff structure makes all the difference when locking in new clients so they feel confident right away. I pair Google Drive for contract storage with Floment to lay out interactive project cards and deliverables in one spot. Using Flowie to quickly spin up the initial task checklist saves tons of setup time before the kickoff call. It gives clients complete transparency into the build without overwhelming them with chaotic message threads.
Looking for some advice - Cold Outreach vs Meta ads for getting clients
So I'm currently running a Meta ads lead gen agency targeting landscapers/contractors. I've got my first paying landscaping/contractor client on board and the results have been solid - 25 leads in under 2 weeks, he's out quoting consistently and sitting on a strong pipeline of work. Really happy with how the campaign is running. Now I'm trying to land my next 2-3 clients and I'm debating the best approach. I've been doing WhatsApp cold outreach to contractors using a script built around the results from my current client, but the volume is low because WhatsApp bans for too much outreach and most people don't even open it. My question is - for those of you who have scaled past your first client, did you rely mainly on cold outreach to get the next few, or did you run your own Meta ads to generate inbound leads for the agency itself as soon as you got that first client? Should I wait until I have a full month of results and then run ads using that as proof? Should I start running ads for my agency now straight away? Or should I just stick to cold outreach for now and keep grinding it manually? I want to get more clients in asap so any advice from people who've been at this stage is appreciated.

For the next 2 to 3 clients, sticking to outreach is usually better since you can leverage your recent wins directly in personalized pitches before spending money on ads. I keep all my lead lists and case study drafts in GDrive and then organize my daily outreach pipeline inside Floment using project cards and task tracking. Having a structured workspace with clear to-dos makes high-volume follow-ups way easier so leads don't slip through the cracks. Once you lock in 3 solid case studies, then transition into running Meta ads.
Creating a marketing service presentation
Hi everyone, I’m Filipe. I’ve been part of this community for a while but haven't interacted much lately because I had to take some time to work on a specific issue within my agency. I’ve moved past the traffic and lead generation hurdles, having spent that time refining my offer. Now, I need your help figuring out how to create slides to showcase the service before meeting with a client. I’d love to know which templates you use and your process for putting them together.

I usually outline my presentation structure in Figma first to map out the client offer slides. Once the client signs on, I move the entire deliverable roadmap into Floment AI using built-in project cards and task tracking so they can follow the execution step by step. It makes transitioning from a slide deck to actual daily progress updates so much easier.
