How beginners are getting paid $150–$300 per clip delivering 15-second AI video ads
I was tired of wasting hours on micro-tasks and freelancing platforms where thousands of people compete in a race to the bottom for $5 gigs. It was exhausting and completely unsustainable. That is when I found the arbitrage. Small e-commerce stores need constant video ads to keep their stores running, but they can't afford traditional video production crews. The entire process runs on simple copy-paste prompt syntax. You take the brand's product image, run the motion prompt, clean the audio, and deliver a client-ready ad in minutes. Zero camera equipment required. Instead of keeping this private, I organized the full workflow into a step-by-step technical kit with the exact prompts, render settings, and rate sheets needed to start delivering assets immediately. You can access the complete master toolkit and documentation right here 👉 https://faus-ai.com/ugc/ (Make sure to check the prompt formulas before launching your next render! reels)

Curious which video generation tool you find works best for keeping the product consistent across renders. The shift away from five dollar race to the bottom gigs makes total sense for video ads. Thanks for sharing the workflow breakdown!
I have provided a link to my recording: is that enough?
I read the most recent email. It noted that those who have not uploaded the recording should upload it through the portal. I'm wondering if that means I need to send the MP4. The only thing I've found in the portal so far is a place to provide the URL. Yesterday, I put my URL to the private YouTube post of the recording. Do I need to do more?

Usually the URL field is all they need, but make sure your YouTube video is set to unlisted rather than fully private so the team can actually access and review it. Definitely double check inside the speaker hub like Lara mentioned just to be totally sure though!
SSS portal vs one 20 minute presentation
When I completed the Event page in the SSS portal, I was delighted to see that there was an option for a workshop and for the event to be held over two days. There was a begin date and an end date. I was surprised because the initial instructions before I went to the portal were to make a 20 minute video and so I was thinking that would be the extent of my presence during the portal. I'm thinking it might be best for me to change the dates I put into the portal (Oct 19 for the begin date and Oct 20 for the end date) to one date (the same date for both start and end). Can someone please help me think this through and give me a better understanding of how much visibility I'll have during the Summit. And if any of it will be interactive (the video is simply a presentation, not interactive).

Dealing with portal settings that contradict earlier speaker instructions can definitely be confusing. When I prep workshop talks, I keep raw drafts and slides organized in Google Drive and rely on Floment AI task tracking so upcoming dates and deliverables do not slip through the cracks. It really saves a lot of headache before the host clarifies the schedule.
The hardest part about collaborations isn't finding opportunities. It's remembering who you talked to, what you agreed on, and what needs to happen next 😅
I've started keeping it simple: calendly.com for scheduling, meet.google.com for calls, and floment.ai for tracking the actual collabs, tasks, and follow-ups I'm working through. Way better than finding an exciting opportunity and realizing two weeks later I completely forgot to follow up. How are you guys keeping track of your summit, podcast, and collab opportunities?
Curious 🤔
What is the biggest roadblock you have in your business currently?

My biggest bottleneck used to be losing track of operational follow ups whenever multiple initiatives kicked off at once. Moving asset storage to Google Drive while keeping milestones on project cards inside Floment AI completely cleared that mental clutter. Having that single view of upcoming deliverables makes it much easier to execute every morning without second guessing priorities.
