@John Maloney Sometimes those long, windy paths were the ones we actually needed to take! Way to keep making music all those years!

@Tom - Beth Roars Hah, you totally do--you were way ahead of me! Great analysis in both of them. It was a bit of a strange situation in Cochabamba, because even though Los Kjarkas were the hometown heroes, the Lambada was still really popular and we'd dance to it at school dances and parties.

Introducing Luís
Introducing @Luis Santos ! Luís has been working with us to edit Beth Roars videos for nearly 2 years now. He's been a huge part of the channel success and growth in that time. He's also a very talented musician, recently launching his own music project as "Dr Santos". I'm sure we'll drop in here after we officially open and enjoy the Brazilian vibes 🇧🇷

I'd love an Ian Thornley master class!. He's somehow managed to master both the voice and the guitar and there are only so many hours in a day. How does he split his time? I'd love to understand how he has maintained his voice throughout the years and still kept it wildly flexible with all of the different techniques he uses.
