Experience with BPC-157, TB-500? Any preferred Pulsing protocol?
We just wrapped our webinar on anti-inflammatory peptides, covering BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu: how they work, their safety profiles, and how they support tissue repair and inflammation resolution instead of just masking symptoms. (replay is in the classroom) One thing that came up a lot was dosing rhythm. The "5 days on, 2 days off" pulsing approach has become pretty common practice, the idea being it keeps receptors responsive and helps avoid tolerance buildup over time. Curious what this community has actually seen. Are you pulsing, running continuous protocols, or doing something different? Also, feel free to share any experience and questions about bpc-157, and tb-500
Hey there! I want to share about my experience with BPC 157, five days on two days off. I started out at half a milligram sub Q for a couple of days, then went up to 1 mg. I was shocked to notice changes after the first two half dose shots. I didn't expect to feel better that soon. Hope it's not TMI, but what I noticed first for the most epic poos. 💩 I also noticed less inflammation overall and not as sore after workouts. I concur that the five days on two days off rotation is a good idea and it's nice to have a couple of days not shooting up, so to speak. Ha ha ha! I'm about to layer in KPV which I'm excited about because I lived in Hawaii for a long time and was constantly exposed to environmental indoor mold, and even though I've made an amazing recovery from some pretty nasty environmental illness, which also included lead pain exposure, Borrelia (chronic line) and more recently lived in a house in Colorado with high levels of radon that has been remediated. So, I'm excited to give my sweet body some extra peptide love to repair/ resolve inflammation and modulate my immune system, mast cell/histamine response, etc. I love reading everyone's comments and successes as well!
