🔥 SAVI Sync is FREE! And you’re getting in early.
For the past several months, we’ve been building SAVI Sync to help coaches organize their program, plan more efficiently, and keep everything they need in one place. Until now, Sync has only been available to our Premium Members as beta users. We already have more than 200 coaches using it, giving us feedback, and helping us make it better. Now, we’re opening the doors to you. 🫵 Before we release SAVI Sync publicly, all SAVI Standard Members and course purchasers are getting a 24-hour head start to create an account. Why the early access? 🛑 We’re currently capping SAVI Sync at 1,000 users. We want our existing SAVI community to have the first opportunity to get in before we open it to everyone. 👉 CREATE YOUR FREE SAVI SYNC ACCOUNT HERE WHAT CAN YOU DO INSIDE SAVI SYNC? Right now, you can use it to: 👉 Build and manage your coaching calendar and schedule 👉 Organize your teams, rosters, and staff 👉 Track attendance 👉 Build complete practice plans 👉 Save and reuse practice templates 👉 Access the SAVI Drill Library 👉 Build your own custom drill library 👉 Create and organize your playbook 👉 Share schedules and practice plans with a simple public link 👉 Keep the important parts of your program organized in one place And we’re just getting started. More tools and features are already on the way. ✅ The best part is that SAVI Sync has a FREE tier. ❌ This is not a free trial. There is no credit card required, and there’s nothing you need to cancel later. You can create your account, get inside, and start using it completely free. Because we’re limiting this initial release to 1,000 users, I’d recommend creating your account now while you have early access. Our goal with Sync is simple: help coaches spend less time trying to keep their program organized and more time actually coaching. We’re incredibly excited to finally share SAVI Sync with the entire SAVI community and, very soon, with coaches everywhere. You have a 24-hour head start. 👉 CREATE YOUR FREE ACCOUNT.

Lock left
What teams at the high school level have had success with lock left defense

@Luke Gromer Yes I track all myself. I keep a possession chart. For example I'll chart how the possession ends. Turnover, a 2, 3, or FT or I'll leave the box empty if it's a missed shot. I'll put a square around the the outcome if we Lock the Ball. We judge that by if the ball handler is going left the pass is going Left. Hopefully this gives you an idea of how I get those numbers.

@Luke Gromer Our possessions are on the left under points and our opponents are on the right under points
Great Player
Potential opponent in one of our upcoming tournament games. Girl is averaging 34 PPG. Shoots 38% from three and 52% from the field. She takes about 44% of her teams shots. Her teammates shoot 29% from the field and 26% from three. We are a LL team. Seeing what would be the best way to defend a great player out of the LL?
Porch Player Development
Coaches! I really need better coaching points and movement pointers to help my big when playing 4 around 1? Any podcast or videos to consume? I have the same basics I have taught for so long and I’m guilty of focusing my coaching eye on the perimeter. I need to grow so they can grow.

We have 3 options where our post can play. For the lesser skilled we have them play in short corner like in a zone. Looking for duck ins when given the opportunity, cross screens being set for them, or screening for guarding filling out. They can post a step above the block or play up at the High Post too. We also teach them post slides where if the ball is driven Below them they slide up the Lane Line and if the ball is driven Above them they step out towards the Short Corner. Just trying to maintain good spacing
Defending DHO with LL
My team was struggling with DHO once we got the ball on the left side of the floor. Is it better to double the ball handler or scram the on ball defender?

For us we will switch the DHO's and make sure we still Lock the basketball. We also make sure we jump to gap being chest to man and look like we are there for help on any spin back.
