Hello beautiful souls, I am Sophia. 💜 Currently, I am fulfilling my passion as the co-creator of Sacred U, and spirituality has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My own journey has taken me through many challenges, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Along the way, meditation, personal growth, natural healing, and learning to truly value myself have completely transformed the way I experience life. Those experiences awakened something very important within me... a deep desire to create spaces where people can simply be themselves, feel that they belong, connect with others, and explore their own spiritual path without judgement. Today, that calling lives through Sacred U and our vision of Bringing the Spiritual World Together. I believe we all carry wisdom, stories, gifts, and experiences that can touch another person's life. Sometimes all we need is a place where we feel safe enough to share them. I love meaningful conversations, spiritual exploration, laughter, learning from others, and discovering the beautiful threads that connect us all.
