Over the last two weeks, I taught you how to start manifesting the small things (module 5). Now I want to hear the stories. Actually, we - AS A COMMUNITY- need to hear the stories. You didn't invest in yourself and this community to stay the same, and I'm not teaching this work because I like hearing myself talk. 😂 I'm teaching it because I want you to CHANGE YOUR LIFE. So here's your midweek check-in: Are you wielding your power for what you DON'T want more easily than for what you DO want? Great. Why? It's just more practiced. That's all. Keep going. Because you ARE using your creative power every single day. Now start noticing the evidence. An unqualified lead came in. It's still a lead. Someone almost bought but backed out. It's still an almost sale. You caught yourself thinking the old thought and redirected it. THAT'S A WIN. Don't dismiss these things. They are signs of movement. Your job is to milk the abundance out of them. “Leads are coming!” “People want what I'm selling!” “Look at me catching that old thought!” “Something is shifting!” Your reaction matters. Milk the abundance out of it and keep building momentum. Milk the “why me?” out of it and you keep practicing the very thing you're trying to change. Awareness is a win. A small sign is a win. A shift in your reaction is a win. SEE IT. CELEBRATE IT. KEEP GOING. I'm making you share because I am IN THIS for your success. I'm holding you accountable to doing the DALY work. The exact OPPOSITE of what you wanted. Something you worried about and then watched happen. A moment when you realized, “OH WOW. I created THAT too.” 😂 YES, THOSE COUNT. Let's normalize those stories too. This isn't about getting it “right” all the time. It's about becoming AWARE of where you're directing your creative power.

If you’re doing the work and your bank account isn’t moving, STOP. Because at some point, continuing to do more of what isn’t producing a result isn’t “doing the work.” It’s efforting. Thursday, I taught The Daly Plan from a much deeper level of awareness. The business is won in the setup. We talked about being intentional about WHO you want to serve. You get to choose your ideal client. Being intentional about your average ticket. You get to choose the type of business you want to attract. Being intentional about where you network, who you ask for referrals, how you lead your sales process and how you show up BEFORE you ever walk into the office. This is why the clarity work matters. Do the clarity work on Sunday so you wake up Monday with a clear head, knowing exactly who you are looking for, what you are creating and how you intend to lead. And then LEAD. Stop fearing objections. Bring the elephant into the middle of the room. “If you’re like most of my customers, you may be wondering…” GOOD. Talk about it. Laugh about it. Explain it. If they have to bring the objection to you, you’ve already given away some of your leadership. You say who. You say what. You say when. And you meet them at their WHY. You don't apologize for your process. You explain why it works. That isn't being rigid. That's being certain. And certainty is attractive. When you believe people value your clarity and leadership, you stop trying to convince everyone. You lead people naturally to select IN or OUT. You’re not selling them on you. You’re selling them on your PROCESS, and they decide whether that process works for them. No fear. No chasing. No convincing. And when someone says no? Who cares. You have a closing ratio. Be aware of it, not critical of it. The faster the wrong people select out, the more time and energy you have for the right people. Have WAY more fun with all of this. Show up to serve. Make friends. Help people. Listen to them. Demonstrate that you heard them. Be bold. Walk away when something is out of alignment.

We just got off the call with Kim where she was Mom-Kim, being strict with us and I'm here with to back up what she saidd. This past week- I've been a bit distracted- doing the work, but not really with my heart in it. I was BUSY, work was steady, but not great. This morning, when I woke up- I said enough is enough- time to put effort in. Before I got out of bed, I put on a meditation by Joe Dispenza- 30 minutes- for 15 of that, I was visualizing what i wanted- more work, more jobs, more $$ per week. I have my number in mind. When I got out of bed, and looked at email- I got approval for a $4500 job that we are doing next week. I got 3 new leads today so far and it's only 1pm. At 11am- I got another PO for a $1000 job. Guess what I'll be doing tomorrow morning before I get out of bed?

One of the beautiful things about this community is that none of us are walking this journey alone. Right now, someone in our community is experiencing what many of you have experienced before... Fear. Anxiety. Panic. No leads. Wondering if this is ever going to work. The circumstances may look different, but that feeling of "How am I going to get through this?" is something many of us have known. And yet... Many of you no longer live there. So today, I'd love for you to encourage someone who's standing where you once stood. Our last meeting with Kim was a very important one. She asked us to look at a goal that we've set and why we haven't achieved it. No judgement, just see it. And she said, "Once you see it, you'll never unsee it." That is exactly what happened. It was surprising to me. Hard to do, but I'll share what I saw that day... I am always just good enough. Not great, not an A+, but I've lived my life around an A-, B+ level. I had a 3.8 GPA and that's how I've lived my life. Just good enough. Ouch. This one was hard to take in but SO freeing to realize it. And how silly, I'm totally an A+. HA! :) So I let it go. With grace and love, no judgement. Well, a HUGE block has been removed. I can physically feel it. It's insane! And I have gotten a referral for my business each day since. Holy cow! It's been so easy, the people coming to me are amazing and it's been effortless. I knew joining this group was exactly what I needed and I'm so grateful to be here. I love you Kim!
