Hey everyone! I’m currently in the process of creating Wealthbox Playbooks for our firm. A feature released early this summer that lets us complete repeatable tasks using Wealthbox's native AI. I’m trying to figure out which processes would benefit most from the playbooks, and I’d love to hear how other firms are using them. Here are a few use case ideas I’m currently testing out: - Client Catchup: Pulls together a summary of all recent notes, overdue tasks, active opportunities, and emails to get up to speed fast when inheriting a new relationship, or it's been a long time since a meeting. - Review Meeting Prep: Scan contact records, open items, and past notes on a client or household to draft a quick agenda and flag missing data fields. - Client Milestones (/life-event): Creates notes, starts workflows, and drafts personalized emails when a client goes through a major life transition. If any specific playbooks or prompts have really saved your firm time, or if you have tips on how to structure them for consistency across a team, I would be very interested to hear about them. Thank you!
