Let me start by saying I'm not expecting personalized medical advice here, but am hoping to get a better read on whether or not I am someone you might be able to help. Here's what's going on: 1. Hormone issues - started TRT in 2017 at age 30 with very low T on labs + symptoms of terrible fatigue, loss of exercise tolerance, brain fog, etc. (Fatigue being the worst by far.) Starting TRT (initially started on Test + hCG + anastrozole) helped some, but still had lingering issues with fatigue and low exercise tolerance. Fell into the trap of endlessly "tweaking" my protocol and things kind of spiraled from there as I dealt with things like ED and other sexual issues that weren't even a problem pre-TRT (still big issues I deal with). I do think a bad reaction to a TDAP vaccination in 2016 contributed to these initial problems, but don't know how much. 2. In 2022, shortly after a bout with what seemed like COVID, things went from bad to worse. I developed symptoms similar to MCAS/multiple chemical sensitive/reactions to foods/extreme OCD/anxiety attacks... basically started reacting to everything and had symptoms all over the place. Ended up in the ER multiple times -- all tests (blood, EKG, etc.) could never find anything wrong. This has continued to this day in a progressive way where I basically operate at around 3/10 day to day. I've now been stuck in this nightmare for 4 years and am starting to wonder if it's even possible to feel good, much less great, ever again. In other words: I still haven't totally "solved" issue #1, but now issue #2 is complicating that because my nervous/immune system is so reactive to everything that any changes I make create a negative reaction. I've spent thousands with doctors who give me supplement/medication protocols to try and help, but I unfortunately have reacted poorly to all of them. They say "take this supplement/herb/medication"... I have a negative reaction, and then they aren't sure what to do with me (To show how reactive I am, one single dose of 150mg magnesium glycinate caused multiple panic attacks and insomnia for two days).
