Hey y'all - @Oyi Sun and I are feeling inspired to go deep on a crypto outlook call. We were gonna do it 1-1, but in our last call, I was feeling like it may be something that others in this community may want to join. So, I'm putting out a poll here, to find the best time (and gauge interest). Whatever time slot gets the most responses (and works for Oyi) - we will set up a FREE community info call. The general intention/outline is: 1. 45m - 1hr: Oyi and I take a few rounds of 5-10min each, to unpack our experience with the crypto space, our strategies that have worked in the past, and how we're positioning for the next cycle 2. 45m - 1hr: Participants Q&A to answer questions and better understand where everyone's at, and what support is wanted and needed. One of the goals I have for the call, is to see if folks would find value in receiving some 1-1 support to set up their own crypto systems, getting a wallet, signing up on an exchange, making a first purchase, learning how to send/receive, how to trade and set orders, etc... And if this is something folks are willing to contribute a financial exchange to receive... I've been thinking of setting up some kind of crypto onboarding training course since 2019, but I've never moved on it, and right now, in the midst of the lowest phase of the 4year down cycle, is really the best time for everyone that this sort of thing be shared - assuming there would be interest. Alright, I teased about it last month, but scheduling was tough, and then Mercury Rx happened, but the skies are clear again now, so let's go. I've been investing in crypto since 2017, traded quite a bit along the way, made some good calls, and some bad calls, but overall did pretty good. 2025 I exited 100% of my investment back into cash/USDC for the first time, and my overall performance was about 350% (about 3.5x my total cash invested). I've studied the market pretty deep, gotten a lot better at reading charts, and most importantly, after some hard lessons in the 2016 / 2020 cycles, by the time the 2024 cycle hit, I FINALLY had a plan, and through the 2024 - 2025 market rally, I worked the plan, and the plan worked. What that means is, I managed my risk. I took some cash out early, and left a lot of profit on the table, but I secured my profits. Once I had my minimum profit on lock down, I started making calculated trades again, buying low in downcycles, setting stop-losses, and limit sell orders, and then worked the plan. So my intention for this call, is to provide those interested with a quick overview of the market cycles, where we're at, and some tips & info, leading into a community Q&A session to close out.
