Do you like birds?
Little do you know, Tom and I absolutely love birds! We've just got a bird table for our garden, and we have an app to help us learn birdsong. We love going on walks, listening to the different birds and trying to work out who's singing! So today's good news is that nightingales are making a comeback in the UK! Nightingales are famous for their beautiful, intricate songs, so this feels particularly fitting for the School of Roar. It's wonderful to hear that conservation efforts are helping these amazing little singers. Here's an article about it: https://www.rspb.org.uk/whats-happening/news/six-species-success-stories-to-make-you-smile Are any of you into birdwatching or listening to birdsong?
Do you like birds?
While hiking, I've occasionally met Alpine choughs. They usually hang out on and around summits and are quite used to people – and to getting food from them 🙂
Ask me anything!
⁉️ Have a singing related question? I want to help! Non-singing questions are fine too, but keep them clean and respectful 😅
@Marcelo Duha It's this arrangement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djbB2QZE1pE. The final (and longest) chorus starts at 2:40.
@Beth Roars Thanks a lot! I'll try that for sure, and I'll make sure to drop into a session soon to get your feedback :)
Introducing Luís
Introducing @Luis Santos ! Luís has been working with us to edit Beth Roars videos for nearly 2 years now. He's been a huge part of the channel success and growth in that time. He's also a very talented musician, recently launching his own music project as "Dr Santos". I'm sure we'll drop in here after we officially open and enjoy the Brazilian vibes 🇧🇷
Hi Luis!
Masterclass Ideas
If you could have a masterclass with anyone who would it be?
Tommy Johansson, the Swedish power metal singer you reacted to in March. As a tenor myself and a melodic metal fan, his voice is one I'd love to be able to model mine after.

Ulrich from Germany. I've been singing in a choir for fun for several years, and I'm looking forward to learning something about getting more out of my voice (and treating it better :D).
