It's a big day!!
I want to share something with this group because, honestly, journalers will get this more than anyone. I just launched the Five Forces App today — and at the center of it is an AI-powered journal that gives you a personal reflection every time you write. (I created the app myself!!) But what makes it different is the framework behind it. Before you ever open the journal, you take a 15-question assessment across five areas of your life — Faith, Family & Friends, Finance, Fitness, and Forgiveness. Your journal entries are tagged to whichever force you're working through that day. So instead of just writing into the void, you're writing with direction. You know which area of your life needs the most attention — and your journal becomes the place you actually work through it. 5 days free. No risk. → fiveforces.harmonycollectionbyv.com If anyone tries it I would love to hear what your wheel looks like. 🦋

A Personal Journal Entry Dedicated To You!
I wanted to give this beautiful community deeper insight of what I’m currently going through and to also express my deep appreciation for everyone’s effort to join this club. You all are so motivating to me! Regardless of your personal circumstances, this is a journaling family you can come to during those hard days 🤗💗

Juliana, I saw this and I felt every word. I'm a former VP of Transformation — and I walked away from my role and the equity tied to it because of exactly what you're describing. You are not crazy. Not imagining it. I actually wrote two Journaling books about this — and I would love to send you copies. Check your DMs. 💜
Resetting Through Stillness: A Simple Practice That Changed Everything
This is such a powerful reminder. Stillness is something we don’t prioritize nearly enough, yet it’s often the very thing we need most to reset. If you’re looking for something practical to help you actually build that into your routine, I created a workbook called Reset & Reclaim: The 14-Day Focus Recovery System. It’s designed for moments exactly like this—when life feels full, heavy, or a little out of alignment. It walks you through simple, intentional daily reflections to help you slow down, clear mental clutter, and reconnect with what really matters. It’s not overwhelming or time-consuming—just a structured way to create space for yourself again. Sometimes stillness doesn’t just happen… we have to create it on purpose. If it resonates, here it is: https://a.co/d/04pT4mMx

My Pleasure ....
Chosen, Called , Unmoved
Good afternoon, ladies Yesterday I heard a powerful sermon that reminded me of something we all need to anchor to — especially in seasons of turbulence. The message was simple but profound: Some things don’t change. When life feels unstable… When stories shift… When outcomes surprise us… God is still seated on the throne. Ephesians 1:4 reminds us we are chosen. Romans 8:30 reminds us that if He called us, He justified us and He will complete the work. Our position doesn’t change. Our identity doesn’t change. Our calling doesn’t change. Do not let what is happening around you redefine who you are. I’m grateful for that reminder, and I wanted to share it with you today. Peace · Purpose · Power — Valetta Today’s Journal Prompt: Identity in Turbulence (if you chose) 1. What current situation is trying to shake my identity? 2. What does Scripture say about who I am? (Write the verses out.) 3. Where have I allowed fear or uncertainty to speak louder than truth? 4. If I fully believed I was chosen and called, how would I respond differently this week? “My circumstances may shift, but my identity in Christ does not.”
