Update of my progress
Hey everybody…. Just to update you about my progress under the protocole of Maurice ; Gut is good ; the relief was very quick as soon as I changed my diet ( not strictly carnivore , I can’t , it’s to hard for me ); but eating more proteins , avoiding breakfast full of sugars and switching to meat and eggs ; I do eat carbs , because I am sad if not ; rice , potatoes and fruits ; but I try to eat them together with the meal and less snack them ; i keep my diet much more simple and less confusing for my gut ; I do not need enzymes anymore ; the ten minutes walk after the meals is a game changer to not feel sleepy after I eat ; it literally wake me up ; talking about stress issu , looking at the sun early or being in the sun morning wake me up and calm me ; giving a feeling of serenity and clean ; I start to sleep better and more deep but it’s steel on progress , as many outside factors make my nights unpredictable ; I steel feel very tired even if I sleep a little ; I guess 4 or 5 hours isn’t steel enough ; I wake up with terrible brain fog and fatigue, not really refreshed ; my goal is now to be regular in all the habits in the day that prepare a good night sleep ; we receive a lot of informations from Maurice and we must internalise them until they become a natural way of life… Blessed to be in Skool ! 🙏🙏🙏

@Maurice Daher yes Maurice … i understand now how stability should look like … I am just amazed of the capacity of the human body to regenerate and function when treated appropriately 🔥
Module 2 - Lesson 3 -> Nitric Oxide Protocol
Nitric oxide controls blood flow, pressure, and arterial repair, but most people target the wrong system. In this webinar, you will learn how to rebuild eNOS, restore endothelial function, and activate daily flow triggers for real cardiovascular recovery and performance.

COMMUNITY UPDATE; Trust, Certification, and What's Next
Where This Community Is Going (Read This) Starting today, the 7-day free trial is gone. Too many people were coming in, copying the work, and leaving. That goes against what we're building here. This community runs on trust and real application — not extraction. So here's the new standard: If you post a question and you have not acknowledged the COMMUNITY TRUST by commenting "AGREED", your question will not be answered. This protects the environment for the people who are serious. _____ On certification — addressing @Travis Miller 's question for everyone: Yes. All courses are in the process of being registered. If approved, certification will be awarded so you can work with clients in the near future. Once that's in place, more courses will follow, covering: - Insurance - Business setup - Client handling - The practical tools you'll actually use day-to-day There will be two final exams: - One multiple choice - One full case study where you build a complete protocol for a real client scenario Pass mark is 85% or higher. No shortcuts. Nothing to stress about right now — this is just where the system is going. As long as you keep contributing and applying the work, I'll keep supporting you all the way into working with your own clients. Stay patient. Stay consistent. Keep applying. Comment "AGREED" below if you're in. Then tell me one thing from the lessons you've actually applied this week — that's how I know who's serious.

Do You Want Fitness & Exercise Lessons Added to Skool?
Should I add fitness and exercise modules to the community? I’m considering building structured lessons focused on: • simple at-home workouts • improving circulation • supporting heart health • building strength without overloading your system Everything would be practical and easy to follow. No gym required. If this is something you want, comment below: • YES or NO • what your main goal is (strength, energy, endurance, etc.) I’ll build this based on your feedback.

Dark Clouds have Silver Linings
I have to post this to be open and clear. One of the checklist items @Maurice Daher suggested was to "maintain the streak" in reference to not having a slip up drinking beer. On my 8th day, I had a 'mis-step' and had several beers. That is my Dark Cloud. I also need to share the Silver Lining. Usually when I have a 'mis-step' it lasts for a few days until I feel so bad that I HAVE to stop drinking. Today, I made sure I re-hydrated well and got right back to eating clean. There was no addictive urge to go buy more beer or anything like that. So, even though I broke my beer-free streak, I will count the Silver Lining as a bigger win than a failure in general. Last week , the motto on my white boards was "Stay The Course". Today I changed it to "Maintain the Streak". Edit: (3/2) Maurice actually said "Protect the Streak" not "Maintain the streak" Its similar, sure, but a different feel to it for me. Just wanted to clarify.
