Got our first booking for 52 nights. Obviously there's plenty of luck in these things, but also just following Adam's basic rules clearly worked; list early before it's ready (now the race is on the get it ready for then), resist the temptation to open up to short bookings that would block these opportunities, and list a property that has some unique benefits; e.g. this one has 2 good en-suites that none of the others in the area has.

I'm truly happy to say, i have got my first ever booking through airbnb! Which can turn into a 1 year 2 months long direct booking if everything goes well! Big thanks to Adam for pushing my little bum all the way here, and helping me with every question i had! Much appreciated my man @Adam Hindley

Has anyone else randomly had ABB account suspension? Apparently I need to verify my identity??? 'Again'???? and need to 'update account details' or wont receive any of my payouts! but its not clickable! 😤🤬😠 We so need to get direct bookings and not be at mercy of OTAs! and as @Mark Simpson says, 'Stop building your house on someone else's land'!

With it being my brother's birthday today, 🎂 I'm just wanted to let you know that the mastermind tonight will no longer be happening. looking forward to seeing you on the next one.
