And then I went on to raise 11 children of my own. Caring for others has always been a huge part of who I am. I’ve always been the one noticing what someone needs—especially when it comes to their health and well-being. But there was a time when I was struggling to care for 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟. I dealt with digestive issues throughout my growing-up years, and especially during my later childbearing years, there were so many foods I simply couldn’t eat. I knew my body needed nourishment, but I often couldn’t get the variety and nutrition I needed from food alone. So I began searching. I wanted something natural that could help me 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐩 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝. What I discovered became a turning point for me. By focusing on nourishing my body and supporting my cells from the inside out, I began experiencing a difference in how I felt. Today, I’m grateful to say I live a vibrant, active life—able to enjoy my everyday activities, spend time with my precious grandchildren, and truly appreciate the life I’ve been given. 💚 And now, something that began as a personal search has become a mission. I want to help others discover what it feels like to feel good in their own bodies—to have more vitality, nourish themselves well, and not simply accept feeling less than their best as “just getting older.” Because I believe 𝒘𝒆 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆, 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒗𝒆. 🌿 If my story sounds familiar, I’d love to hear from you.
