Which song will you try it with first?

Don't go it alone!

So proud of my students @Sheri Hudgins @Dhyana Daffner & @Daphne Sasson for playing duets with each other at the end of Improv Games when I had to leave early for a photo shoot! You can check it out at the end of tonight's replay. Just a reminder, you can find the playlist of Improv Games replays here

Who's feeling courageous enough to step out of your comfort zone and improve your improvising with some other flutists tonight!? I'm going LIVE for Improv Games in 30 minutes! Will you join me? Now I'm Live in the room with support for the Mini-Improv Challenge. See you soon?!?

I went as a tourist today to an online class for jazz violinists. They mentioned this jazz violinist... saying he plays lots of fast notes! It was interesting to consider how the techniques on violin are similar or different to flute. What do you like about this? Anything you might like to emulate in your own playing?
