What’s the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? 👀
I’ve been spending a lot of time learning and building AI automations, and one thing I keep noticing is that businesses often don’t need more tools they need the repetitive parts of their existing process to work better. Things like: → Following up with leads → Qualifying prospects → Booking appointments → Updating CRMs → Sending reminders → Keeping track of inquiries → Moving information between different tools I’m curious what everyone here is dealing with. If you could automate one repetitive task in your business today, what would it be? Drop it below. I’d love to see what problems people are actually trying to solve. 👇

🎬 The Conversational Age #5
Your Second Brain Is Here Most of us have experienced the same quiet frustration. A good idea arrives while driving, taking a walk, or lying awake in the middle of the night. It seems obvious, important, and worth remembering. By morning, much of it has disappeared. The idea itself may still be there, but the details, the connections, and the excitement that surrounded it have faded. Our memory has always wirked that way. Remarkable, yet imperfect. We remember stories while forgetting names. We recall emotions while overlooking facts. We connect seemingly unrelated experiences, yet sometimes struggle to remember where we left our keys. That is not a flaw. It is simply part of being human. For centuries we have created tools to extend our memory. We carved symbols into stone. We filled notebooks with observations. We built filing cabinets, libraries, databases, and computers. Each step allowed us to preserve more knowledge than our minds alone could comfortably hold. Artificial intelligence represents the next step in that progression. Not because it replaces memory. Because it complements it. This is why I often think of conversational A.I. as something resembling a second brain. The comparison is not perfect, nor should it be taken literally. Your biological brain remains the source of judgment, imagination, experience, empathy, and purpose. Artificial intelligence possesses none of those qualities. What it can do exceptionally well is remember, organize, compare, summarize, and reconnect information that might otherwise remain scattered across countless notes, documents, emails, and conversations. Think about how many unfinished ideas you have accumulated over the years. A notebook with half-developed concepts. A folder of articles you intended to write. Business plans waiting for another look. Course outlines. Research projects. Books you hoped to begin "when there is time." Most people are not short of ideas. They are short of continuity. Ideas become separated by weeks, months, or even years. Connections that once seemed obvious disappear beneath the demands of everyday life.

@Stephen B. Henry That’s interesting. I like that you’ve turned the “second brain” idea into an actual framework rather than just treating ChatGPT as a general-purpose tool. What part of the F.L.O.W. System do you find makes the biggest difference for someone who’s already using AI but still feels like they’re not getting consistent value from it?

@Stephen B. Henry That makes sense. If the AI doesn’t have enough context about the person using it, even good prompts can still produce generic results. I like the idea of building that understanding over time rather than expecting the AI to know everything immediately. What kind of information do you think is most important to establish first when setting that foundation?

@Suzan Lovelace I like the focus on support and direction rather than just motivation. With beginners coming in at different stages, I’m curious how you’re currently handling the onboarding once someone joins do you have a process to help them figure out their first steps, or is it mostly self-directed?

TODAY’S NUGGET: STOP CHASING SYMPTOMS
I was just talking about this, and it reminded me of something I think we often get backwards when it comes to health. We chase symptoms instead of asking WHY they're happening. Headache? Take something for it. Tired? Grab another coffee. Digestive issues? Find something to quiet them down. Poor sleep? Find something to help you sleep. But what if the better question is: “What is my body trying to tell me?” A symptom isn't always the enemy. Sometimes it's information. It can be an invitation to look deeper at things like nutrition, hydration, stress, sleep, movement, digestion, lifestyle, and the overall environment we're creating for our bodies. That doesn't mean you should ignore symptoms or avoid appropriate medical care. It means we shouldn't automatically assume that silencing a symptom means we've addressed the reason behind it. That's a big part of what Simcha Healthcare is about. Education first. Understanding the body. Making informed choices. Looking at the whole picture. Don't just ask, “What can I take for this?” Sometimes start with: “Why is this happening?” That's where the real conversation begins. And that's also why I created the Simcha Wellness For People And Pets Store. It's not just a place to buy products. It's a growing collection of things I've chosen to bring together people, pets, families, wellness, and everyday life, because sometimes the right resources can support a bigger conversation about taking better care of ourselves and those we love. How we look, how our homes look, what our kids are learning, what our kids are playing with, our health and the health of our pets, the products we use, all effect us and our families, physically and mentally, on a daily basis. @Dr. Peninah Wood Ph.D That’s actually what makes the model interesting. You’re not looking at each piece in isolation, but how they influence each other. As you keep expanding that, I imagine keeping all those different areas organized and connected could get pretty demanding

@Dr. Peninah Wood Ph.D Haha, that experience definitely explains it 😁 Decades in nursing must have built a pretty serious ability to handle complexity. I think the interesting part will be making sure the systems behind everything scale with what you’re building, so your time stays focused on the work that actually needs you.
