Quit lying to yourself
Rip the bandaid off. Telling yourself its ok and "it's not that bad" is not serving you. It's like someone that's overweight and unhealthy looking in the mirror and saying "oh you're fine it's not that bad." Lowering your standards so you feel better about yourself is a sure way to end up in cycles of depression and failure. This doesn't mean you should be ashamed of yourself but you should be honest. You've got way more potential. If you aren't progressing in your business stop trying to protect your ego. Stop trying to do it all on your own. Get some damn help. And stop doing the same shit every day. You've got to do new activities to get new results. It all starts with being honest with yourself though. It should hurt. Embrace the pain. If you've been lazy tell yourself the truth. If you've been watching to much social media and it's keeping you distracted be honest and cut that shit out. Don't be so soft on yourself. Business is a sport and you are an athlete. You've gotta challenge yourself massively if you are going to succeed. There's a reason the majority of businesses fail. They can't handle the uncertainty. They can't handle the truth. That's not you.

Get a mirror lol (really can you lie at yourself when looking at yourself?)
Don't sleep on accountability
Having accountability is a timeless principle of transformation and breakthrough. You may "know what to do" yet you find yourself stuck week after week. Just like a weight loss client gets better results when someone is holding them accountable to their goals so it is with your business. Studies show that people with weight loss goals are 65% more likely to succeed if they have an accountability partner or coach. Knowing you have to check in with someone adds a level of positive pressure that will get you to take action. This is one of the most powerful aspects of coaching. You get to provide this to your clients. It's not just about the knowledge. It's about the accountability. When your clients invest hard earned money and time they are more likely to succeed than they would trying to do it on their own. Don't forget that this is what people pay for. This is an extremely valuable component of any coaching offer. I've worked with coaches simply to have more of this accountability in my life. They may not even teach me anything new but the accountability caused me to hit a new level of productivity and creativity. Having someone to come along side to support and help you is a game changer. Remembering this will boost your "offer confidence" so you can sell your coaching offer with conviction.
