Hi Doctor Ty, You stated in one of the treads that on TRT you do start men at lower doses and work up gradually if there is any concern they have heart disease, because pushing the dose up too far too fast can be overstimulating and cause a heart attack. Can you elaborate on this? what would the gradual dose increase be per week or month and are there ways to know if the doses are overstimulating? do you have any advise on how to gauge heart health without taking a coronary calcium/artery scan?
