As Gurpreet stated, this course includes everything you need to go from zero to fully operational.  I started with the free Dispatcher University course but quickly switched to the paid version, and when DU 2.0 was released, I started the course over and followed the format step by step.  I was able to sign my first carriers within 60 days, and was actively dispatching four carriers and making money within the 90 day window, just like Gurpreet said would happen.  100% worth it!!
