Holy COW! This past week, GrokBot added a new feature for creating dashboards and reports. While it's meant for functionality over bells and whistles (no branding included... yet), it's pretty damn amazing! This morning, while I was out on my walk, I ask BARB my Chief of Staff to create me a Day-At-A-Glance dashboard. I was never able to get excited about creating Dashboards in Claude, but I'm excited about this because I live in Grokbot for most of my work now. Finally Claude is slow-rolling out their new AI agent, Duet and if you want it, you need to get on the waitlist here: https://claude.com/product/claude-duet I have my full AI Employee Engine™️ built in GrokBot with 13 Employees doing all sorts of work across my entire business and personal life. I'll be testing Duet as soon as I get access, but I'm IN LOVE with my AI Employees in Grokbot so I probably won't be making a full change anytime soon. However, be updating the AI Employee Engine (soon) to be installed into Duet. That said - the team who created GrokBot (the cursor team) have developed something extremely unique ~ I don't see Dots (from ChatGPT) or Duet being able to replicate the feel and vibe. It feels so natural to work with my AI Employees that I continually find myself handing more off to them. There will be benefits to Duet because it has all of your Claude history. Honestly, I haven't been in love with the new chat/cowork merge in Claude, so that platform hasn't been my first choice. BUT IT'S WORTH GETTING ON THE WAITLIST IF YOU PAY FOR A CLAUDE PRO/MAX ACCT.

So now that the initial disappointment has worn off - I'm curious what youll be doing with any CustomGPTs you currently offer clients or your audience? Will you: - Rebuild them on RadGenius or Pickaxe? - Vibe-code them into apps on Lovable or Claude? - Turn them into sharable Skills? - Or retire them and move on? Here's what I'm doing: - some GPTs are being retired for products I no longer wish to offer - some GPTs have already been turned into Skills for my students in the SoloExpert OS program Then there are the GPTs that have brought in thousands of leads over the past two years... I'm probably going to offer them as Skills and not stress out over it. The reason primarily is that I don't want to pay API fees on products I give out for free. That is losing money. So - do you have any great ideas? I'm all ears!
