Does anyone have experience painting in the aviation industry? I noticed on alot of videos that I watch it seems like the flash times for car paint are much faster than the paints we use. I'm really curious about the differences between the two types of paint. Also any tips for sanding around rivets? I have trouble getting the last bit of guide coat at the base of the rivet. It's killing my fingers lol

Does anyone have this gun? Is it any good? I just got it and haven't had the chance to use it. They advertise it for water but I spray solvent aviation paint.

I'd like to thank you for the videos your making. They really helped so much. I remember you showed a car you painted and I was amazed because you said that the finish was like that straight off the gun. That inspired me to get a nicer finish on some things we had to paint and it came out with a great finish. I would of liked to have posted it but where I work they have a strict policy against posting our work online. I also ordered a iwata ls400 after your gun video. Do you think that you can do a video spraying some parts and maybe explain your spraying technique? I would definitely be interested in that. Thanks again.

Hey, how are you guys doing. I'm a new painter but I'm part of a team that paints helicopters. I've never painted a car ever. I'm backwards in a sense because I didn't know anything about prepping or painting but got lucky and given time to get a little better. Hoping to learn more here.
