Thank you to those who joined us today for the community healing, it was a gift, for me personally, on many levels. If you'd like to review the notes, and receive integration & journaling takeaways, you can do that in the community archive (under classroom), along with the recording (these are for premium and vip members). If you're new to the community, and want to see a sample of my provided notes and video, check them out as a sample. If you were present, please feel free to leave your observations and any afterthoughts in the comments below! ๐ ๐งต The overarching thread of this session and its structural framework centered on the reclamation of one's natural voice through spiritual unlearning, cultural de-conditioning, and embodied presence. Finding your natural voice is not about acquiring a performative skill, but dropping physical armor and shame to inhabit your true resonance. You were not born quiet; expression is a raw, total-body truth before societal conditioning hushes your tone, limits your vibrational bandwidth and armor tightens your breath. ๐ง A sample of the healing work that took place (and there was so much more): - A participant asked to uncover blind spots blocking his voice from healing others. Hildegard revealed past-life capacities as an operatic soprano, explaining that his current complications were chosen to help him remember his intrinsic value without needing to be valuable to everyone else, urging him to forgive himself for being in the process of gaining capacity. - A visual artist asked to deepen her intuition and express soul truth without self-doubt. Hildegard highlighted the grief of being one's own harshest critic, urging her to let grief wash through her like rain so authentic expression could break through like sunlight through clouds, reminding the room that wanting to be seen is not a sin.
