What does my success look like?
This is the question posed that I heard in 1000 piece puzzle. And I'm pretty sure it's the question that hasn't been fully explored for myself in my business or my personal life. That will be my homework for this week, is to spend more quiet time dwelling on that outside of wordly/family influences and really seeking what it looks like for me to win this life on the path to heaven. My question for you all is: What subtle influence was blocking you from finding what YOU truly thought was success?

Perfect short to start my day. The self knowledge that you have the drive to get it done is what's gotten me as far as I have at this tender age.
NEW CSP Short -- Who are you going the 2nd mile for?
Alright CSP Family -- It's time to learn the invaluable lesson of going the 2nd mile and the rewards that come from it ---- I ask who do you need to go the 2nd mile for this week on your team, in your business or who do you know that needs to be right here with us in the CSP?- The 3rd mile is waiting for you--- Let me hear your thoughts!

I take care of my clients to the best of my abilities, but after listening to thise short on my way to town this morning it pushed me to offer that second mile service I've been putting off for too long. Thanks for that fire!
3 Ways To Increase Profits
There are essentially 3 direct ways to increase PROFITS in any given business. -- 1. Increase the flow of new business. This is not just done through one type of marketing. It includes digital, face to face, word of mouth, print promotion, education etc....... -- This also includes your onboarding and sales conversion protocols. It does us no good to create new lead opportunities if we do not process, onboard and convert a high percentage of these opportunities. -- 2. Learn to Retain your your current business longer or increase the lifetime value of each customer. -- If we don't learn to increase retention it will require us to revisit #1 strategy more often meaning you have to start the new lead journey all over again which includes additional costs of money, time and energy. Taking steps to add value of service or products will lead to increasing the value of a longer tenured customer as well. 3. Lastly, the fastest way to increase profits in a business actually does not start with the top line (1. Marketing) -- it's actually found in Lowering Your Overhead. Knowing your numbers, managing expenses and setting guidleines Impacts profits faster than any other strategy. Consistently reviewing stats of business performance, educating yourself on cost factors, tax strategies etc. can pay Major Dividends. Also notice how numbers 1. and 2. both can contribute to lowering your overhead. --- Being more proficient with leads acquired along with consistently onboarding better and retaining customers longer ultimately lowers the costs of acquisition --- Stay Consistent In Refining All 3!

#2 has been my entire business model while #1 flounders. This has lead to some really strong monthly/yearly repeat clients, but not very many of them. Which videos should I watch/rewatch to improve my flow? #3 is simply common sense, and upon applying it I could never doubt it.
Quiet time intro = Solo team meeting
Just listened to one of a 1000 piece puzzle, in which Tom talks about team meeting. As a team of me, I, and myself I've found that the intro time to quiet time is usually me going over what the good Lord has done for me, what I intend this day, and generally straightening out my mind space. This sounds just like a daily team meeting, though on my own. Have you found this to be true in your own endeavors and quiet time?
