I'm targeting construction industry but no idea where to get leads.

For the context, I'm a civil engineer. Struggling with niche selection if I chose civil engineering oriented niche or go for something else.

I'm in my learning modules ( AI Consultant ) and I learn the concept of warm approch. Its so amazing, however in my area where i dont have such big or tech businesses which can find AI consultation helpful. I was woundering if there is an method where i can target the clients out of my area or internationally. I would apreciate it .

I am new here and want to learn AI automation to get my first client and I want to build my career in AI era.
